[On the reasons why anti-NPO groups fail]

I think the main reason why the anti-NPO groups fail is mainly because they are anti-NPO. I don't mean you need to agree with what NPO says to be successful, but if the formation of your alliance is just to destroy the NPO or beat them or whatever, then that's all you'll focus on. The alliance will always work towards the negative of another group and never the positive of their own group.
