I don't have nukes but I voted both options because I could. I used to have them though, on my first nation. I also support the nuking of everything that moves.

I deployed my troops for today and when I went through my opponents' odds, I suddenly had 0 soldiers and tanks deployed, despite having a full deployment seconds earlier. I made sure I hadn't been attacked (I hadn't) and checked to see if the anarchy penalty for overdeploying had been applied today, which it had. Now I can't deploy soldiers to attack my enemies and have been thus put at a disadvantage in my wars. Thanks.
