o/ On behalf of another defunct Citadel alliance, thanks for all the memories from the FCC. From our closeness pre-citadel (TonytheTiger was a great diplomat), to our times and battles within Citadel, to Karma, and to my love for PI games. This world would not have been the same without you.

Which was my point, he can win the money game, but the loss to NPO and allies is insignificant, while his losses and burning of money even if less than NPO is a bigger proportion of his resources...

Regarding your strategy of causing more expensive damage than you take. Technically you are right, you will be ahead on the cost to them.
The problem is scale. If it was you versus a 10 man alliance you could bankrupt them. If it was 100 of you versus NPO maybe it would impact them.
The only way this works is if you have enough to bankrupt them, or slow their growth enough for a competitor to overtake them.
The problem is, you cannot slow them enough for either scenario and their closest competitors are all allied to them either directly or indirectly.
Sure one could say if you slow them enough it might cause IRON (yeah right) or Polar, or someone to get froggy and leap but that would be necessary in ANY take down of Pacifica and your war is not going to do enough to cause them to make that decision. They will decide to do that with or without your tactics and in fact its more likely that the unified opposition to you just bonds Oculus tighter.
Once again you might have the right message but you are 100% the wrong messenger. -

It says a lot about your character that you are the only person CN Radio has had to moderate. Do you know why CN Radio is dead, because the game is dead. Because nothing really happens. Mogar being inactive means that even the few conflicts that happen no one is around to round up the main players to have a show.
No one cares about it anymore and you aren't helping, you are preventing any sort of opposition to rise up because no one wants to be associated with you.

TTK knows why I left and it had nothing to do with any other alliance. I had left before decided where i'd end up. I joined NoR to park my car with friends. I haven't even done !@#$e with my nation in quite a while.
But see junka like any good malignant narcissist has to destroy the messenger when met with dissonant facts. They literally cannot understand they might be wrong so any way they can twist out of seeing their psychosis they do. In my case Junka now calls me bootlicker, and a traitor.
Of course if this game were more active, or I thought KH really cared, i'd drop the AA because I'm unlikely to even be there if anything happens. I left TTK because I cared too much and knew if I remained I'd have too hard a time not maintaining a leadership role and my life can't handle that right now.
But junka keep with your lies and mistruths, no one that is active in this game and knows the facts believes them. You literally are a 1 man sideshow.
No matter how many times you say it, the fact remains i was "Hanssen's Minion" in CN Radio since before I even joined TTK, because you know, some of us actually have friends in this game, regardless of what alliances they are in.

Back in the heyday my biggest exposure to CnG was MK, but lots of names and memories here and some friendships with current members so a big o/ from another old fogey

I was going to finish reading this dribble before I made this very point but Andy has prompted it.
I have never been a friend of the hegemony and I have never been afraid of posting it on the forums (took some crap from FCC's Molon Labe leaders and that was part of why they left, us libertarians ran our mouths too freely), but oddly enough never was hit for it.
Anyways the point is. During our days as non-interventionists/unaligned/no binding treaties/dogmatic libertarian anarchists we ranted and railed about the world as it was. As we (through some of my pushing) stepped more into the world stage and joined Citadel we were clearly furious about the other members of Citadel joining Q (it was Q then right, can't keep all of NPO's hegemonies straight
). I then supported Citadel joining in Karma, fought in Karma and was a signatory to Iron's surrender.
Since I came back to CN I joined TTK days before we got hit by Oculus, fought 3 months, only hitting PM for 5 days, fought the most wars in TTK and had a respectable damage ratio for no warchest and no wonders.
My point is I am no friend to the hegemony. I personally dislike the idea of banding together and joining the biggest and baddest. Sure everyone wants to be on top, wants to win, why else play? But there is something different to me in being part of the biggest and being a part of making it the biggest and the idea of later joining what already exists as the biggest and baddest. I could never join a hegemony as a member or an alliance leader. IT's just against what I consider fun.
Regardless my point in saying all this is I'm a natural (ideologically) enemy of the hegemony regardless of the good friends I have within it. Yet with every post, with every oozing secretion from Junka's mouth I like Pacifica more, and would be less and less likely to join in any opposition even if I were active right now.
The point is, I'm starting to wonder if Junka isn't still an agent of Pacifica and Oculus. What better way to keep people from joining a Karma like coalition than have Junka be the face of the opposition. It is a surefire way to ensure that no one will join up.

It's hard to eliminate relationships.
So while they have had divergent paths over the years remember Polar was a colony of Pacifica and while they were separate at one time it was an attempt to have one alliance control multiple spheres.
My point though is that you set a cap on an AA. They just run 3 AA's. You set a cap on allied NS... First how? There is no in-game allies feature. Even if there was you just do it out of game. Refuse to attack each other and back each others wars unofficially.
I like that you are trying to come up with something but you can't stop people from being friends. You can't force people to fight each other.

He removed the sanctions, same reason Meth was hit. You don't remove sanctions put in place by another senator without discussing the issue with them. It's diplomacy 101.

It was always about fun. Karaoke was the very first thing that ever happened in CN Radio. Karaoke was actually why it was made - we held it elsewhere and decided to expand it. Props to Taco. When I came back to this world an old compatriot dragged me into Aevrum just before he got booted. Ended up getting me booted by association. I don't blame Taco for that as we all know how the Meth story ended. I definitely was guilty by association. To think that little group merged and merged and became part of this big one is pretty cool.

So let's get this straight in 2 days more people have been censored on Junka's server than in the entire 1 year history of CN Radio, and literally the only person ever moderated due to repeated actions on CN Radio was junka. Sounds about right.

I don't have an objection to that, but what was the point of deleting the post. The tag already pinged everyone, it doesn't stop pinging them because you delete the post, in fact now they have a ghost notification which are far more annoying than an @ everyone. All you had to do was say hey man, don't ping everyone, I know I haven't posted a rule about it but please don't do that. Problem solved.
So you want everyone to believe that the reason you deleted it was for violating a rule you hadn't informed anyone about and that the solution you used didn't retract the issue (in fact made it worse) but that it had nothing to do with the post being negative about you, your new server, and a long time member and supporter of it leaving?

So let's bring some facts in here.
For the year CN Radio has existed Junka has been allowed to be in there. He has insulted, attacked, been allowed to spread his propaganda. We all enjoyed debating, ripping into him. He was universally despised, much like he is here but he was allowed to post freely. He even was offered to be allowed to run his own radio show. He had a few posts deleted recently for spamming the server with anti-muslim memes. Nothing that was intended to spur debate, or discuss an issue, just to upset and denigrate an entire group of people. No one ever gets censored in CN Radio for a variety of views both IC and OOC. This was the only time and his posts were likely Discord TOS violations.
Fast forward to his Boiler Room server (is this a trademark infringement on CN forums?). I have been in it since the beginning and enjoyed that it was always devoid of CN politics and was unmoderated. It was a decent debate platform and I will give Junka credit for that. After he decided to turn it into a protest against CN Radio and rant about how its a direct competitor due to their "mod abuse" etc.. I decided I had to leave or else I was tacitly giving him support when I disagree that he was improperly moderated.
So I posted a message to everyone saying goodbye and explaining all this. I pinged everyone. He deleted my post. His excuse was that pinging everyone is not allowed. Yet he had no rule posted about it. The ping already went out so now people have a blank ghost notification. He could have just asked me not to do it in the future/edit it out. Instead he deleted a post that argued against his stance and told everyone the truth as to why I was leaving.
I literally was censored, my free speech was denied. Then he has the gall to post this.
The truth is out there, but its never in Junka's mouth
