I like this idea but Id rather see something like this: - Top 25% who finish in TE receive this bonus that is a system that I think would be fair - A reward such as maybe a 1%-5% collection bonus. The 500,000 dollars is nothing for big nations. Where as everyone would be motivated by a collection percentage bonus. A 2% infra boost wouldn't work it would just mess nations up staying at 4999.99 infra

While we are speaking about the information index being off it also says: New nations are allowed to declare war and cannot be declared war upon until 5 days after creation. Ive bolded what is incorrect.
