You are right, I should have put his role in an allied gov before his personal actions, Stone knows the truth such as i do and its deeper than what you know, but again i should have put his role in AW before him personally. -

When is the next election for President, I think i will not only apply for GPA but also run for the role as President.
I would enforce the charter, and stand by the name Green "Protection" Agency.
Even being Neutral I would still make sure each member of the GPA is not only capable but willing to defend themselves and each other, After all the Declaration of Neutrality is effectually and blanket of non-aggression, it is not a declaration of hiding and letting each other burn, when you are attacked and you fight back that is not breaking the Declaration of neutrality.
Your President has not only failed the GPA members but even failed to enforce its very charter something he swore to when made president.Add to that a nation of GPA http://www.cybernations.net/nation_drill_display.asp?Nation_ID=587339 who has actively spied my nation four times, in a non defensive act, is also in violations of Section 1a and As it clearly states "No GPA nation will take part in any non-defensive military or spying action against any other nation." Going on the wording its nation on so i would like rep's for the damage done as spying on my nation is an act of aggression. (it does not matter if our two alliances are at war, i mean it does not seem to matter to the leaders of the GPA as they let members die alone, Zero protection there).
So i think i might sign up and join GPA and run for President, at least i will enforce the charter, and will enforce Section I part 3 of the charter that clearly states "Protection. The GPA, as an Alliance, has the right and duty to defend against either hostile actions directed at individual members or at the sovereignty of the GPA"

Well you need to look at the facts also.
1) Only one nation from Umb is hitting Hime at any one time.
2) Anyone can fire two nukes a day and buy two keeping them at 5 as they can not be spied away
Now the question has to be will Hime risk firing more than two nukes a day pushing him below 5 nukes ?, plus hime has done 23k tech damage to the 12k tech damage they have taken, this ratio could now change if he only fires two nukes a day as they will not always hit, Now if Hime had kept his infra, the damage he would have done would have been a lot more than what he has been doing, but going on what people have said about this spy report i can now understand why he sold the infra, having a piss poor WC does not matter when you have no infra. -

I am in peace mode yes, but as most of GPA is in peace mode ask yourself why would i be in peace mode could it be the fact im going away and when im not at home i can not log on every day and i knew we was going to war so better safe than sorry, (see smart thinking, you knew you was going to war you basically said so yet did not war anyone in your alliance to enter peace mode as you want them to burn with you).
