Sorry for reopening an old thread... I'm now laughing at my own words in the same way everyone laughed at me before. TTE was a terrible protector and didn't teach the UA or myself the ropes. I sadly had to learn the hard way but oh well...

I have looked into this event and I agree with the majority that Daenerys Targaryen has over spammed on OWF and nearly caused a war between Riot Society ans the Ultra Alliance over no reason that actually involves both parties. This issue is just between her and Riot Society and nothing to do with the Ultra Alliance as she is no longer a member. Someone who spams a lot can be called a TROLL and there are no TROLLS at the Ultra Alliance. I am a little sad as Daenerys Targaryen was a good member in game and had lots of potential. Only if she had followed my order on the UA's alliance announcements to keep away from OWF and only use it when needed to. I am sorry for anyone else who was effected/affected by her actions and I have done my part to resolve the problem. She is everyone else's problem now so you can deal with her now without me over complicating stuff with treaties or CN politics. Well good luck to Riot Society with dealing wit hthe little TROLL and best of luck for both of us in the future. I hope one individual will learn from this event and not make the same mistake again. Is there anything I can do for anyone that was offended by Deanerys Targaryen?

Ok... After reading every post, I now understand why you think that the Ultra Alliance is not neutral and this treaty is pointless. I made it public so that it can be read by everyone and so we can use it in defence if attacked by a pro-raid alliance. It is true that we are neutral when not at war and not neutral when at war. You guys didn't give my view a thought but I don't mind. By thinking it is funny or is an isult that we called ourself the 'Ultra' Alliance is nothing to moan about. Ultra, in this case, is just an abreviation of ultimate and ultimate is a word in the English dictionary. Ultimate is both noun and adjective. The definitions of ultimate are: being or happening at the end of a process; final being the best or most extreme example of its kind the best achievable or imaginable of its kind a final or fundamental fact or principle An alliance is a union or association formed for mutual benefit, especially between countries or organisations. By being the 'Ultra Alliance', we are no better than any other alliance. As I said, it is just a name. Q: Why is NATO called NATO and stand for North Atlantic Treaty Organisation? A: NATO is a real life alliance/bloc that makes no sense as nations that are not near or connected to the North Atlantic can be part of it. Q: Why is the Terran Empire called Terran Empire? A: I do not know but they are great. They may have named theirselves after the Terran Republic in Planet Side 2... Q: Why is Sparta called Sparta? A: Sparta was an old acncient Greek civilization. Maybe their founders liked Greek history... Q: Why is The Roman Empire called The Roman Emipire? A: Ulthran, my good friend, likes Roman stuff and latin. The Roman Empire was a Classical age empire that ruled Britain, most of Europe and the mediterranean.

We are fast growing! We have over 20 members! We have good and friendly allies! We have experience! So join us now!

We are not 100% neutral but we like to stay neutral as long as we can and try not to get in any conflicts as we are only a small FAST growing alliance. We will defend ourself if attacked (depending on the attacker) and we may defend our allies depending on what treaty with have with them.

I did point out that is was inspired by the GPA. I did just copy it and change the wording. I would rather not type up another bit of paperwork. If it bothers you I will change it when I have spare time. By being S-N allows you to have treaties of war.

Inspired by the Green Protection Agency (GPA), we introduce their policy to ourselves but will not completely become neutral as we promise that we have the right to defend our allies and friends. All of the beloved members of the great UA must repect and follow the principles that are forge within this document: Section I - Non-aggression (a) No UA nation will take part in any offensive military or spying action against any other nation, unless requested to by the Ultra Lunar Leader (ULL) or the Ultranian Defence Minister (UDM). (b) No nation of a non-UA nation or alliance will take part in any offensive military or spying action against any UA nation(s). Section II - Non-intervention (a) No UA nation will intervene, either politically or militarily, in any conflict that does not directly involve the UA or one of its allies, unless requested to by the ULL or the UDM. Section III - Free Resource Trade (a) All signatories are free to establish resource trades with any nation of any alliance and on any Team. (b) No UA nation may use trade sanctions against any nation unless it is in response to a direct hostile action. (c) No nation of a non-UA signatory may use trade sanctions against any UA nation unless it is in response to a direct hostile action. Section IV - Violations (a) Nations of any signatory found in violation of any of these convention shall be subject to punishment in the form of reparations. The amount of the reparations shall be commensurate with the harm caused. (b) If the offending nation cannot or will not pay the reparations, then the nation’s alliance will be responsible for the payment.
