    Tokugawa Shogunate for all of Japan, Korea, Manchuria, and Taiwan, Phillipines, Marianas, and Hawaii as protectorates

    I will give you two options on this one.

     

    You can have Japan, both Koreas and Manchuria WITHOUT THE PROTECTORATES or 1 of the original three and ALL of the protectorates.

     

    As for the rest of you (The serious ones,) ericcarlson will be updating the map as soon as possible.

    Maybe (I do NOT know) some alliances "force" you to have their flag. Most do not.

    Maybe (I do NOT know) some alliances "force" you to deal only within the alliance. Most do not.

     

     

    Both of these are not true. Most alliances which have a flag which you can choose, mandate you use it.

     

    Most alliances also will not allow you to do tech deals or trades with people outside your alliance.

    Well, they are technically breaking their own rules already, as they said they were following CNRP rules. Their land claims are a bit...much larger than possible w/ their ingame land. But meh, I'll leave them alone.

    Look, the claims we made, which you guys have nothing to do with, are the claims we made. SO be it.

    Is this how things are done now?  Every time someone regrets a decision they make, they call it an accident and go whining to the OWF about it?

    I was kinda thinking this. Then I had a brilliant idea!

     

    What if, when you changed your resources, you had to get approval from your trading partners?

    And already we see a massive chunk of land claimed right from the start, with protectorates as well. Wonderful. :P

    Look, I want large map claims to begin, and protectorates as well. Even if a RP of it is not included. The goal of Initial map CLaims, is to establish some sort of rule and order. Once the RP commences, a Proper RP will begin.

    1: You can set whatever rules you wish. They do not need to be bound to IG stats, although it is generally easier to track.

     

    2: Yes.

    Then I have one more question.

     

    Would the Colonial GM Court be bound by the same rules CNRP GM Court is?

    So, as you guys know, I am starting the Colonial CNRP. Now I need to know two things.

     

    1. Will this adhere to CNRP rules or will I be able to change certain things to make everything make sense and be proper for a 1700's RP?

     

    2. Would I be able to start a Colonial CNRP GM Court?

    So, as you can see from the map above, Colonial CNRP has begun! Now, it will adhere to the same rules as normal CNRP, with obvious exceptions, such as no nukes or chem. weapons. I will be laying out all of the details monday, pending a GM Ruling.

     

    If you want to make a map claim, please do so immediatelly.

     

    (RP's using this map or referring to this will begin monday at the earliest, keep up on the thread to know when I will kick it off.)

    And, why not have a new map and multiple types of RP? A Colonial, Current and Futuristic RP? I am seeting up everything for the colonial, it is more work then I thought, can't find a map I like. But I mean it would be great for there to be a new RP and a new map.

    Now in the Anarchy thread, when they declared on Umbrella, I said that Umbrella would drop to 30 nations by the end of the war. Everyone said I was crazy, that cant happen, they will be fine. GUess what? Umbrella is down to 65 NATIONS! So looks like Umbrella is well on their way to 30.

     

    Which if Umbrellaw here to fall to thirty, they will undoubtadley go lower.

    i subtitle anime series, movies, ova, and even a concert.

    i do full dvd and blu-ray release, zero re-encode [exception of '84 summer movie], which are full compliant with international specifications.

     

    i like blood ? what not understand?

    i like how look, feel, smell, taste, i collect blood related items. some more hard to get than were some other.

    Oh, I thought you may have miswrote(?). But hey, at least you have awesome electronics. Will be the hub of US weapons tech in WW3.

     

    Also good luck to you in your search. Nuclear Proliferation League may not be a bad choice.

    i am sorry. i will not judge every person here on actions of small number.

     

    i also can not judge riddle from words of small number of people.

     

    some about me:

    i am close to year 43 in my life now. i am a house-wife to a much more young artist.

    art is very important to me. i am a long time anime/manga fan, since showa51 [1976].

    i am active in subtitle community.

    i have what most people i know say is very very strange taste.

    i like blood, most of my friend are less my age, i am love to run, i have study martial arts since young child, 

    i preferring english speak people to help me practice.

    also i am told i can be very inappropriate behavior.

     

    i would like to find alliance that could be good for me and is able accept my way of being.

    are any suggestion?

    No offense but what? What the hell is the Subtitle community and what does "i like blood" mean?

    Gregor Vidock heard that the Sumtarans did not believe the sory which was given to them about the POW's. Vidock had to think long and hard, whether to abandon the camp or stay and fight a huge army. To many the answer seemed simple, but not to Gregor Vidock. He saw a oppurtunity to overtake a country which had rule for a long time.

     

    He continued to think. If the stance failed, his soldiers slaughtered(Which would be incredibly hypocritical of you) and the ones caught he knew would be tortured no matter what the Sumatrans said.

     

     

    URGENT MESSAGE TO THE SUMATRAN GOVERNMENT
    FROM THE OFFICES OF VIDOCK, COMMANDING GENERAL OF THE DARK MARK
     
    It has came to out attention that you wish for us to leave a encampment we built, we own and are soveriegn from your nation. Why would we give up our nation and our freedoms? If you want us to leave our encampment, you will have to make a deal. It will house all of the remaining soldiers who will become citizens. It will also house all of our current citizens. If you truly want peace, you will accept this offer and Humanitarianism will live on.
