He's not professional, he does NOT have proper nation name and ruler names in place. Once he puts in a request to have his Screen Name changed and changes his Nation Name to the proper terms, he will be allowed in.

When i'm not in a alliance, I will do anythign for a little tech or cash. While I am in a alliance, I never have been a traitor and only once have I incited a violent revolution(Let me remidn you it was succesful, I did win, I got our Emporer to Ragequit). In this case, I wanted to get tot he Triumvirate via rising through the ranks, not through violence.

Say you get aid with military which puts you over the amount of citizens you have then you deploy all of those soldiers, or they all get killed, you would go into the negative.

It is up to us rpers to decide who runs it and what rules we want. If we decide we don't like you and your rules they go. All we have to do is ignore your attempts of authority if we don't like it.
This is MY RP. If you guys want to make something to sompete with it go right ahead, but you will not TAKE my RP. Go ahead, compete with me, but DO NOT take something I made away from me.
