OK, we really need to add something to this. A range just like real CN has in wars. Because I have been declared on by two nations which equal about 100 times what I have for resources so yeah, we need some sort of war range.

I like this idea of a colonial RP, would anyone be interested in doing it with not Riddle by rotating GMs normal rules, perhaps Enlightened CN RP (har)?
Look, I will stay as a GM for the first month or so and then elect fully new GMs at the end of March. I will run but am not garunteed a spot.

Why do you get GM for life? The whole team should be elected by the community, if there even needs to be GMs.
Because I am the founder. That is why. But like I said, the others will be elected to keep my power in check.

There is an obvious difference between asking for the list of rules being used for the RP, and simply 'laying down guidelines' as you put it. There is no hypocrisy in that. You are not being criticized for laying down guidelines, you are being criticized for the absolutely random guidelines that you are creating and enforcing and the absolute lack of any sort of accountability.
Now, after confirming that your position is that you (and you alone) can determine who can and cannot be on the map, as well as what territory they can and cannot have, you are now also saying that you (and you alone) have the 'authority' to decide who you 'want' in this RP and who you don't.
Will this be extended to every aspect of the RP? Will you be deciding who can and can not field an army? Who can and cannot gain new territory? Who wins and loses in a war? Will new RP rules be posted so that the community can see them before they are enforced? Or will they simply be enforced immediately because you say so?
If that is the case, then why bother having other RPers involved at all? Why not just assign individuals territory and write their posts for them?
Look, I will not control any aspects of the RP. I will allow a GM Court to be ELECTED to determine everything after the RP begins. The only power I will have is as one of the 5 GMs at all time. I am appointed to a lifetime as GM. But, I cant make rulings individually. Each ruling will have the approval of 3 of the 5 gms.

Wow. I wasn't aware that we were participating in this RP for your pleasure or at your whim. This is the attitude of a goddamn preschooler bitching to get his way. Grow the fuck up. Almost every suggestion you've made or attempted to force on those who want to participate have been self serving for yourself or the other "founders". Do not mistake for a second that the fact people wanting to participate in this means you get to solely determine how we get to "play" and are the final word on anything. We're doing this as an interesting side rp to do something different from the primary cnrp line, not to cater to your apparent need/desire to assert control over others. This is not "YOUR" game. Yes, you suggested and helped organize this. That doesn't mean you're the god of colonial CNRP nor does it give you any special powers or benefits. You didn't "make" this. What makes this game is the other people who participate. If you seriously believe that being the person who "founded" this gives you special privileges just means you're a dick with an inflated sense of power and self importance and if this is seriously how this rp is going to be run I want no part of it.
AH HELL NAH! Look, I want to have a succesful RP that everyone likes, not a dictatorship. Lets jsut get along, make suggestions. If I like them, they will be enacted.

Fine.
I was part of the Equilibrium War on the mostly uncovered Carnage Front, between me, the Central Powers and Lex Luthor. I fought triumphantly, but ultimately admitted defeat to the CP and Victory over LexLuthor. I was active on all of my alliances forums. I held the Position of Minister of Finance and Minister of Defense in the Central Powers for a time and was a Free Lance Diplomat to the NAO. I have a extensive history of being active politically and the so called "coupes" i have done where non-violent and where strictly through Elections and, in one case, Espionage. I have fought extensively and at time succesfully for the rights of lower tier nations. I announced my plans to change my ways, instead of a person who people somewhat hate, I am attempting to keep my post count down in a attempt to reestablish myself as a major part of the community and to repair my reputation.
