Team Color red white and blue Charter/Manifesto Preamble During the course of Cybernations history, it has become nessacary to band together and create alliances between other nations to ensure safety, and to promise flourishing nations in these unjust times. Establishing an alliance in these times will not be an easy task. So we began the first steps of our creation. Article 1 Section A The Elder's Council government consists of a Head Elder, a Senior Elder, Elders, and Councilman. The Head Elder and the Senior Elder are voted into office. They are voted in every three months by everyone in the alliance. The Elders consists of an Elder of Internal Affairs, an Elder of Foreign Affairs, an Elder of Economics, and an Elder of War. The Elders are voted into office every 2 months. The Councilman are appointed by the Head Elder, Senior Elder, and Elders. Article 1 Section B The Head Elder and the Senior Elder has the right to accept or deny applications into the alliance. They have the right to accept diplomatic requests and to construct embassies. They don't have the right to pass a policy without sending it to the Elders and the councilman. They don't have the right to pass an amedment without passing it through the Elders. They have no right to declare war without the passing it though the Elders and the Councilmen. Article 1 Section C The Elder of Internal Affairs has the right to accept or deny applications into the alliance. He/She does not have the right to accept diplomatic applications. He/She doesn't have the right to construct embassies. He/She doesn't have the right to to pass a policy without sending it through the rest of the Elders, Councilmen, the Head Elder and the Senior Elder. We will only declare war if someone threatens the peace of our alliance or our allies. We will help our members if someone of our alliance is attacked but if a member of our alliance attacks another player of the game without cause we will not come to the aid of that member and we will no longer protect that member. Article 2 Section B Like we said in Article 2 Section B, we are a defensive war alliance. Tech Raiding is strickly forbidden. Any member that Tech Raids anyone in the game on the first offense must peace out immediatly. They also must pay for all the damages they have caused to the player or face expulsion. If a member of us tech raids another player again they will get immediate expulsion and put on our ZI list for 30 days. Article 2 Section C Ghosting our AA will not be tolerated. Any person that ghost our AA must leave our AA within 48 hours. If that person doesn't leave within 48 hours that person will be placed on our ZI list for 10 days.
