It doesn't hurt that RIOT decided to merge in with The Misfits this round rather than just hold up a treaty that no one else in CN:TE liked...haters can't complain now though, lol :P

I think this is quite ridiculous. This whole discussion is pointless. I think this war has been handled quite nicely and I have even attempted to call for peace with NLON, but you know what I got as an answer from their President? He did 2 air raids before update, then sent a peace offer. Then after update he ran two more air raids. The only reason he didn't launch a full attack is because he can't. His nation is now effectively crippled and there are many NLON nations wishing to make peace, but rather than think of his own nations first, this idiot has refused to even send me a real response, preferring to hide behind more pointless attacks that can't possibly change the outcome now. I declare now that any nation wishing to make peace with RIOT shall be allowed their peace, but for their President there shall be no peace. A leader who refuses to think about his subjects before himself is hardly a leader at all. EDIT: Turns out he was not the one who sent the peace offer after all, it was one of the others I was at war with. He at least has been given peace. Anyone who offers peace will not be turned down, but we will show no mercy to those that refuse to be somewhat civil.

When the war was initiated NLON had more nukes than RIOT, and they were definitely in a better position than us at the time. If things look uneven now, it is only because we are better coordinated and were able to make a nice recovery. We had multiple nations spying away nukes during the first two days and we have had multiple of upper tier nations that have had to sell off land just to be able to join the fight because they could not attack NLON nations. This whole thing is due to RIOT being out numbered in the lower tiers. Do not blame the Misfits for being there to help RIOT, they were just holding up a their end of a treaty. I asked that the Misfits help with the lower ranges because I was concerned about some of our newer nations. We had more nations in anarchy than NLON during the first day of the war, though this was mostly due to NLON's unannounced attack. I myself was put in anarchy because two nations larger than myself attacked me. Look at my wars now and you'll see I am almost double the size of three of my attackers and the President of NLON whom I attacked yesterday. For people to be talking badly of the Misfits for upholding a treaty is ridiculous, especially given the fact that this war was initiated by an alliance that was clearly not ready for war. We have already depleted the warchests of many of our opponents nations, as evidenced by our many attempts to spy cash from them, as well as our ground battles which in some case return only $0.14 per attack.

The second half of your post explains quite clearly what I was trying to say earlier. I personally would not consider this war a curbstomp, especially since we are holding our own for the most part, but we are struggling to keep some of our smaller nations from being overwhelmed. Over all though, this has been a decent war. Also, the only reason they have so few nukes (none atm), is because we've been spying them away. ;)

This was necessary because our nations (RIOT's) are struggling due to the overwhelming numbers of defensive wars we are in. We are quite a bit smaller than our attackers, though I will openly admit that our upper tier nations are more than up to the task and are quite enjoying themselves. The point here, though, is that our lower tier is greatly out numbered.

It took us a while (almost 6 months...) but, we finally found a protector. Thanks for accepting us and seeing potential in us R&R! And thanks to all our other friends that we've made along the way to this point!

I had hoped that the people in CN had at least matured a little over the last year, but apparently not. I shall waste no more of my time on the likes of you people. I will do my recruiting manually. The immaturity level around here is ridiculous. As far as I'm concerned, this topic can be closed.

How exactly is that shooting myself in the foot? I simply posted to let everyone know I'm not some n00b trying to do something beyond my capabilities. I understand the risks and work involved in creating a new alliance. If I came off sounding arrogant it was not intended, and if it's something else that's bothering you, why? All I want here is for people to see my message and be able to contact me if they are interested in the offer. Is it really too much to ask for people to be more mature about it?

We do not yet have an IRC, but will soon. And as for all the other crap, please keep it to yourselves. If you are not interested in my offer, don't post. There's nothing to be gained from posting negative things here, so what's the point anyways?

I have an extensive history in CN, started playing back in '06. I've lead two alliances, been in pretty much every leadership/government position, been an auditor, an ambassador, a spy, a merc, etc. I know how to play the game and wouldn't be trying this if I didn't. Also, just in case some of you didn't see, the merc-for-hire part won't actually be implemented for a while, if at all, because we can't very well fight wars and such without having a larger alliance. As of right now the plan is to finish developing and filling all government positions and make a name for ourselves as tech dealers. Please feel free to ask any questions you have as well, I'd be more than glad to answer them.

Hello all! I have made this post in an attempt to find individuals with government experience to help get a new alliance started. The Russian Imperial Order of Tyranny (RIOT) is to be an alliance based around tech deals and mercenaries-for-hire. Obviously the mercenary-for-hire part will have to wait until we have enough active members in the higher NS ranges, but the tech-dealing has already begun. I, along with a few friends, have already begun running tech deals with the Knights of the Round Table, as well as any other nations that wish to buy our tech.
