  1. I need some technology, I am willing to into a tech deal that involves 3 million being paid to the seller and then the seller sending 2 installments of 50 tech (and then repeat as often as the seller wants). PM me if you are interested, I can handle three at the moment (and a fourth in a few days)

  2. There are some in my signature

Edit: Copied here for future reference

God was abolished by the Bakunin Act of October 2007.
With all members now operating under the Paul Protocols, expect nothing but rainbows and sunshine from the jackboots of our members.
Your a good lookin' cow Moo. I'm thinking medium well, garlic butter and sauteed mushrooms. Mmmmmm...
  3. My guess is that most alliances will not allow their members to send secret aid without permission. Especially because the sender of that aid can be discovered by spying on the recipient.

Actually you need to spy on the sender, according to Admin

Spying only works by revealing who the sender sent secret aid to. It will not work the other way around. This way you don't have to worry about your secret aid recipient's spy defenses.

So you would have to find who was sending secret aid and then spy on them to confirm who they sent it to. So if I was sending aid to somebody else it would only register as a question mark, in order to find if I was sending it your enemies you would have to spy on me, which of course is an act of war so..... I can see quite a bit of drama coming from this

  4. Interesting to see such a large loss. Although regaining that strength shouldn't be too difficult as when infrastructure, land, tech, etc are depleted they get cheaper (and many of these nations taking massive losses have great amounts of wonders/improvements which ensure rebuilding again is easier then building the first time)

  5. Do you remember when this all used to be apple trees and orchards? Or when a cup of coffee cost only 3 cents? That's early CN for you :awesome:

Anyway I remember the first time I ever got in trouble for attacking someone. His alliance affiliation was 'None' but his bio indicated he was part of an alliance, I attacked him and then two other people beat down on me for it, first and only time I ever had to pay reps for an attack and closest I ever got to being ZI'ed

I remember the time when I was in an alliance called 'The Republic' and while there we almost went to war with the Initiative during GWIII because a prominent member I won't name suggested that if they win they would come after us afterwards. After the war we were nearly rolled by the GGA because some of our members left to support the Legion and then came back to us. But we solved that relatively amicably.

I then remember the Republic and the Sanctum merging to form Atlantis, and not liking their government structure or the haphazard method of merging and so then left after a brief attempt to change what was already in motion to join the Federation along with a few other people with the same issues as me. We then nearly got rolled by Atlantis because a member of ours joked that he spied

I remember The Federation outlasting Atlantis

I remember the competitions, that me, TheDestro and General Dragonhelper used to have with the wonders we bought

I remember the Federation taking part in the UJW by taking on an alliance called the Pink Brigade, I remember not fighting in it but bankrolling Fed members to fight it

I remember being Techraided by the Poison Clan while in The Federation

I remember just a week ago fighting in this war against the Rubber Ducky Division and using and receiving nukes for the first time. It was also the first Inter alliance combat I ever participated in

    I remember many things......

  6. Karma's overconfidence will lead to its destruction.

    The war just started.

I agree, just look at the triumphant winning of the NPO. At the rate you guys are losing strength you will have beat Karma in the race to the bottom! Pacifica Prevails! :awesome:

  7. Oh, so in other words the change would benefit huge nations in long-established alliances and screw over the little guy?

Well, par for the course I guess. :v:

Come on, what could possibly go wrong? :P

  8. Uncapping radiation is nothing short of suicide. This war alone would pretty much reduce the number of civilians by 90%, and I'm not talking about nations that have been nuked. Than again... Nuclear winter would be something nothing less than interesting because nations would have to sell of extra infra/tech to support their bills. It would be like a 30 day period where CN resets itself.

Not if you have a giant warchest to hold out the nuclear fallout for months.

  9. In the GDI CB they mention that Pacifica was planning to 'Draft' the Red Team into battle, in the TWIP announcement. This is inaccurate, this was actually a proposal by a single member of the NPO, which was actually featured as a bad idea

From the thread just before the screenshot

    Strategery

War inevitably brings out the submerged general in all of us. This means at least 5 people in your alliance will open a thread with a great, new idea to win the war--3 of those threads will all suggest what amounts to warslot filling, the other two will be more creative but equally silly:
