Only a change in game mechanics setting minimum criteria could ever rid Bob of the clutter of alliances in existence. And yes, I agree, so many are tangled in the treaty web that wars and real fun are becoming scarce. For the most part, people continue the backroom chatter, grow their nations, and complain about how boring things are and wishing for someone else to spark the next war.

Sometimes a change in scenery is all that's needed to invigorate the members and government of an alliance. Rather than merge or disband, it's refreshing to see a move like this where an alliance simply changes it's theme and creates a new buzz in the air. I wish we saw it more often. Congrats guys.

You don't go to war against entire alliances (regardless of size) and call it a "raid". Unprovoked attacks against any nation is an act of war, regardless of how you attempt to sugarcoat it or spin it. The entire idea of "tech raids" being different than war is a flawed concept and always has been. These coordinated attacks are meant to send a message and the majority here aren't so stupid as to believe anything less. Like I said, if you want to make a douche move, at least stand up and admit to it for what it is like men.

Everyone knows what this is, whether they support it or not and whether they're involved in it or not. We don't need 30+ pages to figure that out. At the very least, I would expect those who coordinated this attack to at least have the balls to call it for what it is.

As the title states, my nation is new and I've decided to set up shop in either the red or blue sphere. I'm looking for either a red or blue team or multi-colored alliance in a mid-size range. I prefer a place that has decent member activity and user friendly forums. Not looking for a war-mongering alliance. I've received several recruitment messages but most require a change to their color. I've posted this topic to put out feelers for alliances that meet the above criteria. Thank you for your time. EDIT: Included blue as a possible team.
