Well, it's been a fun five days, but we are now drawing to the end of the first round of wars.
There were many casualties on both sides and it's time for everyone to take their water guns home and recharge for the next match.
The Independent Republic of Orange Nations would like to propose the cessation of hostilities on 8/29. If the Wolves of the North agrees, then both alliances will peace out of wars and no more attacks/ops will be performed after 8/28 11:59:59 PM CT.

Congrats Rebellion, I think you've managed to break every gentlemans agreement ever drafted. In less than a week you've:
1) Down declared over 100k NS
2) You've hit unbuilt nations and then shot to 25k NS. The Rebellion leadership supported and harbored this behavior.
3) You nuked alliances not just once, but twice after peace was announced. The Rebellion leadership was too inept to deal with it the first time and continues to harbor the nation after the second time.
4) You've resorted to war slot filling
5) You've been backed (practically treatied) by DCS and UN who apparently supports this behavior.
6) You've managed massive down declares (sometimes 10k advantage) and called the opponent a 'sand bagger'.
7) you've pulled the trigger on naval blockades and condoned dirty spy ops
8) you managed to carry over feelings from previous round
9) You attempted to flex your numbers and threatened ' a real down declare' on smaller alliances when they didn't agree with your actions.
Am I missing anything here?
Cry some more. If you can't play with the big boys, then go back to your kiddy pen. You're such a !@#$ talker that the only one hurting the game are butt-hurt cry babies like yourself. Shut up and play or GTFO.

The TE nation and alliance stats available for download are from 2016. The war stats are current.

It could just be part of the end-of-round free-for-all, but a disproportionate number of the incoming declarations seem to be from Ordo Paradoxia and Alpha Wolves. So... Digital Combat Soldiers recognizes a state of hostilities between DCS and the coalition of AW & OP (Mostly OP).

Actually, yeah. You're at the top of the threat list, so we gave you to our top three guys. I suppose we could have mixed up the fire teams for some waterfall coordination. I'll consider that for our next war. It's just a lot easier to sort each side by NS and start grouping by threes.

I made six ground attacks just after update this morning and have 0 army XP.

The timing of this war left much to be desired. Even if our alliances were to make new declarations as soon as anarchy wears off, we wouldn't be able to complete a full-length war before the end of the round. Consequently, even though the initial wars expire at update tonight, those who are able are welcome to re-declare on each other, declare on someone else, or do whatever they want. I hope that someone at AW will still take a snapshot of the stats at update and post them. There was a good amount of destruction all-around.

Yep, had to take what we could get. Mad props to krazymonkeyninja from NLON for putting up a solid fight. Managed to steal the title of most destructive war.
Plans are to peace out after this evening's first wars expire. Since this is spread across so many different alliances (and a few non-alliances), I would not be surprised to see some late hits. Just remember that anybody who makes a late hit buys themselves another full day of war from all combatants.
Hope everyone can get their nations rebuilt in time for the end-of-round finale.

You mean, I informed your leader that you decided to op us and to expect retaliation? I suppose I could have just let him figure it out on his own, but I wanted to make it very clear: if ANYBODY gets caught doing a "dirty op" on us, their entire alliance can expect to pay.

Quick update: We will need to pull Secor aka Sister Midnight from the list of available targets. OktoberFaust aka TheAwesomeFS ( http://tournament.cybernations.net/nation_drill_display.asp?Nation_ID=1000080 ) will be taking her spot. He was previously listed as unavailable but he is wanting to join in on the festivities.
