Hail Vitauts! We just want to move on and wrap up the war. As soon as there is no ALMEA those in the NATO POW alliance are free to go without condition. And we've let a few POWs go already (the ones that were cool to us).

Today I have the honor of announcing that the alliance NATO POW has reached 30k total NS!
How did we get that strong in just 4 days you ask? Well, we have been vigorously recruiting new joins from the former members of the now disbanded ALMEA. Eight of them have seen what path would lead to the brighter future and have chosen to join the alliance and keep their infrastructure.
Unfortunately, there are some roadblocks to our continued growth. While there is no leadership at ALMEA and most of the major nations have fled, there is still a stubborn group of 19 nations remaining. And although only ten are still active, they are continuing to fight for their non-existent alliance.
So we send a plea to those nations still showing ALMEA that won't join our fast growing new alliance of NATO POW. Do as your friends did, end the bloodshed.
tl;dr - ALMEA: Stop fighting. You lose, we're giving you a chance to keep some infrastructure.

335%? That's not right. Meant to say by 335k on the NATO jump for the previous update. Less on the one up now. And the sanction race is just that and has a little commentary. Both are absolutely essential and great.

Not really. That was over other things. And we move on.

NATO-ICON ProtectoratePreamble- in the interest of safety, stability, civility, and aquatic unity, the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and the Independent Coalition of Nations (ICON) hereby enter into this protectorate agreement.
Article One: Peace-- NATO and ICON will exist in a state of peace. No member of NATO will attack or threaten to attack a member of ICON. No member of ICON will attack or threaten to attack a member of NATO.
Article Two: Protection-- ICON will be protected from attacks by both rogues and hostile alliances by NATO.
Article Three: Aid-- Both parties will endeavor to assist each other with military, intelligence, and financial aid.
Article Four: Aggression-- ICON agrees to alert NATO prior to its engaging in an aggressive war.
Article Five: Aqua Team Senate-- For the duration of the protectorate arrangement, ICON will support the NATO candidate for the Aqua Team Senate.
Article Six: Cancellation-- This treaty can be cancelled by either party with 48 hours notice.
Article Seven: Transformation-- Should the time come when ICON feels that it is no longer in need of NATO's protection, this treaty can be downgraded to a PIAT with the consent of both parties.
