If FOK, Gremlins, Kronos and Umbrella had been with TOP in this war then their stranglehold over the top-tier nations would have been absolute and unbreakable. Instead, TOP get little more than a bloated carcass (that I guess happens to bring along it's maggots, joy!) in way of relief.
