What decisions are still pending? None of us have been approached regarding the war in Europe.
As for Mael's spaceplane design, it will be considered optional canon. The canon is a gun in the spaceplanes cargo. There is no boom connecting to a gun. There is no gun attached to a plane. It is a gun in a cargohold.

The Minister would be received and demonstrations of the NF-15 (F-15K) and NF-10 (F/A-18F) would begin the day after his arrival.

I would say with a minimum-force floor, we reduce the multipliers as well. This would still give bigger nations more, but not so far an advantage that it takes the entire RP to fight against them.

The following things are on pause until the Battle of Britain and the first Yugoslavia-Romania battle is over, if the actions were started after they began:
Hungary and Belarus' movements into Yugoslavia.
Related wartime movements and actions in Asia, North America and Europe. This includes logistic movements, production, inventory-checking, etc.
Diplomacy actions.
Roughly a few hours have gone by IC, so there is no conceivable way you can have movements, start production in other countries, etc in "anticipation" for the time being. The people currently in the Battle of Britain are Triyun, Cent, Lynneth, Mara, Mogar, FHIC. Yugo-Romania is currently Eva, Rudy and Yeru.

Having 999,500 tons of chemical/biological agents goes against common sense. The GM team has agreed your entire stockpile, as of now, will be 60,000 tons for both types of agents. This is based on Russia's declared chemical weapons stockpile of 40,000 tons in the early 1990's after decades of production, with some consideration for RP.

So in other words I have to constantly be RPing something out rather than simply working under the assumption my people are continuing to produce the task I set them on? That's going to grow to be a difficult task to devote my 600,000.000 people each to individual tasks, I await your own IC list of exactly what your population is employed in. I unfortunately cannot search BZ on these forums, and I cannot go through my own posting history due to the frequency of my posting, unless you feel it's reasonable to look through 3,000+ posts to find the one that began my weapons manufacture.
You may post a lot, but that doesn't mean you don't know approximately when you started producing chemical/biological warheads. You can search for your other agents, I just want to know when you started so it's easier to understand if your numbers are reasonable.

Biological and chemical weaponization is a complex process, so the only issue I see is the amounts you have claimed to produce. The Soviets, in 1982, had a single facility producing 300 tons of Anthrax a year. A smallpox facility produced ~100 tons per year. Even over the course of 20 years, that's 8000 tons of the biological agents that are the most easily produced. For chemical weaponry, Russia had a reported stockpile of about 40,000 tons of chemical weaponry over the course of the entire Soviet production history.
Please link me to your production RP, where you state the number of facilities producing the agents you've listed. It will help me determine if your numbers are appropriate, given the public numbers available.

Just for the record, it would be against rules to execute somebody's leader. That would be crossing into playing somebody else's character. :P
You aren't playing the character when you kill them. You're using your character to try to kill another.

When people have disagreements about logistics, economic growth, etc, the argument usually comes down to people with differing time conversions. I've seen Mogar with his 1 month = 3 years and Eva has 1 month = 1 year. Others, like me, simply move a RP story along appropriate lines as we see fit for story development. Therefore, I want to start a discussion on 1) whether or not we should have a community "timeline" (specifically for military or otherwise) and 2) what should that timeline be if we want one.
What does the community think?

Please add Heard & McDonald (It's the island you accidently marked as Yeru's, south of the large island in the South Indian Ocean), Qatar, Bahrain and the provinces of Rafah & Kahn Yunis from Gaza (southern 2 provinces) as a part of Novak.

Amal - Admiral Aviv Kochavi, leader of the Interim Council, has declared a state of emergency in Novak. The combination of The Lords Sword and the conflicts embroiling Europe and Asia has put Novak is a precarious position, according to the Admiral in a press conference. Admiral Kochavi has announced the Interim Council has voted to make him the Commander-in-Chief of the military, Chancellor of the Republic and voted to dissolve the Majlis al-Shura. The Admiral has stated the new cabinet will be announced by the end of the week.
In response, civilians and military personnel alike have begun organizing protests. The largest of which is planned for downtown Amal, where it is rumored at least a thousand people will be attending. Amal Police have made it known they will be there to monitor the situation and arrest lawbreakers.
Doha - Qatar, Bahrain and Gaza held a referendum to join the Novaki nation as fully-fledged states within the country. The results were accepted by the Ministry of Interior prior to Admiral Kochavi taking control of the federal government. The integration process will begin by the end of the year.

Through Persia, three F-23 squadrons, five F-15K squadrons and 5 B-2 bombers were sent to Uriankhai, per the defense agreement. Another 20,000 soldiers would be sent to the region in order to protect the mainland of Novaks newest ally.
Heard and McDonald was recently resupplied as soldiers from the Diego Garcia patrol reached the island. The staff were replaced with a fresh battalion as the previous deployment as coming to a close. After a few days, the ships would begin patrolling the Indian Ocean again.
