It is with great pleasure that I am able to announce that The Shadow Confederacy Empire (TSCE) and Order of Justice (OoJ) create a bond of friendship between alliances with this ODP! Preamble The alliances of Order of Justice (OoJ) and The Shadow Confederacy Empire (TSCE) hereby agree to solidify their ties in mutual cooperation and optional defense. Article 1: Non Aggression All forms of in-game aggression between the members of OoJ and TSCE are deemed illegal. This includes, but is not limited to, sanctions, war declarations, aiding nations at war with either alliance, and all forms of espionage, whether in-game or out. Both parties also agree to not publicly flame members of the opposite parties on the Open World Forum, but to settle any disagreements or queries in private. Should OoJ or TSCE feel a member of either alliance has broken these terms, a cessation in hostilities is to be sought and, if judged necessary, reparations are to be paid. Article 2: Friendship and Respect Both OoJ and TSCE recognize the foundations of friendship and respect between the two parties, united by Ideology, and by amity for the other, and recognize their duty to improve relations and get to know each other better, for the betterment of the both alliances. Article 3: Communication Both OoJ and TSCE pledge to keep their lines of communication open to the other. Diplomats are encouraged to sign up and contribute on the other alliance’s forums, where it is expected they will be treated with courtesy and respect by the host alliance. Article 4: Optional Defense OoJ and TSCE agree to be bound together in times of war and peace. During wartime either alliance may assist or request assistance from the other by economic or military means, but this is not mandatory and is not expected to be treated as such. Article 5: Termination A breach of any of the terms listed above is grounds for this treaty’s termination, but is not required. Either party may choose to terminate this ODP for any reason. Both parties have forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of either party's desire for the treaty's cancellation before this treaty will cease to be in effect. All terms within will continue up until that deadline. Well, it's great to see that some alliance's think that we have a chance. Everyone starts out the same... NEW, that will never change. And it takes work, but if they were treated like crap after 3 days they get annoyed, and a bit angered... But back to TSCE... I know, we will get that soon. Still Marcus is the only one know in this alliance, I would be 3 million CN dollars that you have never heard of me, I just don't want you guys to judge us by our Vice President, you don't know half of us. And you don't like the other half, so that must just mean that we are going to fail! I mean, if I were to say that an alliance was going to fail because I did not like a member, there would be a lot of empty alliances.

Why is everyone thinking that we will fail? There have been some other alliances out there that started with a lower NS then us, and they did just fine. We need support, we can't do much with people saying 'MARCUS SUCKS' I mean come on, we have been around for like 4 days, and we already are projected to crash and burn? Well, wait until we prove you wrong.

YAY! Finally, I want to thank everyone that made this happen. Mostly Marcus, without him this alliance would still be creating a Charter. But there are so many other people to thank, almost too many, so to everyone that helped we are great. Congratz Guys, and me. Lets make it Great!!!
