It is bad enough that it wont be repeated. an OOC attack is an accurate enough statement, just think of the worst OOC attack you could imagine and then think if you would like to fight on the same side as somebody that did it.
If it was this bad then the authorities would handle it and no one would even be able to find out about it. It sounds like an anomoly. One wacko ...ah. nevermind.
