    Oh, it wasn't so much that as the fact that I was very much on my way to ZI when my war with him began. Him taking credit for my ZI is hardly correct.

    For that matter, I've been bombing more infra off of him than his CMs have been taking off of me.

    If you read it one more time it says "Seeing Arrnea reach ZI" not "Causing Arrnea to reach ZI".

    Plus I never said I had prefect grammar/spelling.

    Before the NS different of both sides was only of by about 20k. But most of Purple Unity couldn't do crap.

    I am was not very pleased when I found out but I was not surprised at all by SOS's move.

    Before CDT entered the war Purple Unity couldn't fight at all (we still can't) and we were 30 k less than there forces. BUT they considered it fair.

    CDT came in pushing the NS (NOT the war) to our favor by 20k. They were very upset about this and quite cranky. They called this unfair because it went from a easily winnable war to a war that would be more difficult yet only 24-48 hours before they where fine with us having 30k NS less.

    I want to say something Before CDT came in they had THREE TIMES MORE NS than us. So I thought with about 20k NS more in our favor they would be fine (since PU didn't have any warchests). But no they were not. They had to call in GDA to help them out to make their sides NS's go up 110k more in their favor.

    Btw I am using THEIR statistics on the wiki they have been posting.

    Am I mad at GDA? No. I respect GDA and think SOS brought them in just cause they were afraid they might actually lose some NS. And before some brings up member count. Go look at PU's active count AND nations that could actually fight a war. Then you can see that the NS paints a better picture.

    Some have talked about BG trying to get peace for me. Here's what happened. We were talking about everything and I basically said, "It really sucks being the president of PU and not being able to fight since I'm ZIed. I wish I could reroll to help us out." I think he felt that I, being the president, should be able to help out.

    And I'm not whining cause I can already tell you a few names that will say I am. I am simply posting facts.

    Plus OP when we joined it made it almost even. It was slightly in Against OP forces favor. I will admit that. But MHA peaced out not to long after we declared.

    It becomes not so close when you add up the number of nations.

    PU + CDT = 83 nations

    SOSdan + AI = 49 nations

    You do the math.

    AI: 13 members/3 nukes/2,213 ave NS/28,764 total NS

    PU: 54 members/0 nukes/789 ave NS/42,599 total NS

    given that PU has way more nations than AI, this essentially allows for PU's lower nations to pound AI's lower nations and rebuild that way, while CDT nukes the heck outta SOS's upper nations.

    so yeah, it is not remotely fair so just call it like it is CDT. honestly, there is no shame in fighting a war in TE. no need to attempt to make good PR by lying.

    This thread has HONESTLY made my day.

    One. Do you SoS people just NOT GET IT?

    We may have had a nation count and NS advantage on you. BUT lets count your advantages. 1. You knew the war was coming and was prepared. 2. WE HAVE NO WAR CHESTS. I have not had more than 25k after paying bills and fighting for at least a week before you declared if not more. I'm the president of Purple Unity, I also know that very VERY few IF ANY of our nations have good warchests if any. We have had NO nukes for a few weeks. SoS has been nuking us to hell.

    Two. As said below all these people running around throwing numbers around. we have almost 4 and 1/2 times more members than AI. That meas we should have at least 4 times as much NS, but we don't even have twice as much!

    Three. Also only 21 nations are active. Only 12 are not in anarchy. Hell I'm in anarchy AND at ZI.

    Four. For people throwing around numbers. Let me throw YOU a number that shows the picture ALOT better

    Purple Unity Solider and Tank Count:

    Soldier: 12,016

    Tank: 578

    AI + SoS Soldier and Tank Count:

    AI S: 24,748

    AI T: 1,747

    SoS S: 84,641

    SoS T: 5,175

    AI + SoS S: 109,389

    AI + SoS T: 6,922

    So for all of you saying SoS + AI vs PU was fair? They had over 8 times the soldier count and over 11 times the amount of tanks. So when you put those kinda of odds against an alliance who has no warchests, you have NO RIGHT to whine and !@#$%* when some one comes alongs and thinks its unfair. You can justify it all the hell you want to but its not. But yet I have never whined. I might have said its not too fair but I have not wined one bit.

    Another thing. I honestly had no plans of accepting peace since we only have like two weeks left anyway. I just wanted to see if you were going to actually going to offer anything reasonable (Which white peace isn't bad but in my opinion saying "SoS and AI grants PU White Peace" sounds like PU surrendered.) Also the only people I contacted about helping us was our two MDoAP partners. And one of those I advised NOT to help us.

    Out of 149 wars PU is involved a whopping 15 are with OP nations. These guys had plenty of chances to peace with OP and they chose not to so if they are underprepared who is to blame?

    We had alot more last week. Two or three of my own wars have been deleted due to inactivity even tho they attacked back....

    But you can ask a few people. I was actually wanting to try to work on peace last Weds. but no one was on and then I was inactive till Monday when I have been trying to toss it around. After SoS and AI declared I have not been able to work on it plus since we are down more I didn't see anyone wanting to peace out.

    heh. seriously, i was hoping with the end of the TPF/Trouble/JE topics, there would be an end to ridiculous topics. seems my hopes were for not. <3 HisK.

    also, aggressive actions has always been considered to include spy ops, sanctions, as well as actual attacks. heck, i seem to recall that even a mention of an alliance being on a poll for war as being used as being aggressive.

    that being said, who honestly cares about who started what. war is upon you, be happy since many of ya'll whined and moaned about it a few days ago.
