So what is the general opinion about how OP should handle this? Kick their butt's unmercyfully or be kind and offer them/him/she peace? I am inclined to do the first

CIA= Country in Anarchy. Hope you will learn quick. In about 2 months new round starts. I also wonder why you picked us. Somewhere I have the feeling that you are less noobs then you will let us think, but we will see. Hope my targets will fight back and give noble resistance, now you have the change to learn how the fighting works.

Although I did not fight any wars, I do surrender to KARMA, I already left the GGA and am an applicant to FOK.
