It is a matter of opinion concerning the effectiveness of the agreement between the bitter blocs involved in the recent "Cold War". It is our opinion that the agreement is likely to fail in time.

It was never stated that an actual war exists, only that there is a high probability of one and it is obvious between which nations and their allies.

Emperor Yamamoto has now declared the Japanese Empire, a communist state. The transition is smooth and barely noticable to most of the citizens of the Empire, while the small but powerfull upper class is experiencing major backlashing by the government and the peasentry, who many of the richest Japanese hire to work on their large swaths of land. This is believed to be an attempt to tap into the massive support of the lowerclass for the Emperor's already powerful and popular government. While "equalizing" the nations vast riches which where largely restricted to the upper class. All businesses have been nationalized and a large military presence is ready for anyone who challanges the Emperor's will. A massive military parade through Shanghai has commenced, declaring the arrival of a peaceful Communist Revolution. The Emperor and his government still excersize full control of the nation, while they now proclaim it is publicly owned by all citizens of the Empire, and private property is officially abolished. Only a foreign bank, which has recently begun construction in the nation, has not been touched by the government.

OOC: This doesnt seem relevant to the argument against the Eastern Reich since they are not a completely Nordic nation. Thats my understanding.

All ships from the Eastern Reich are now allowed acces to Japenese Imperial ports and officials, civilians, and scientists and engineers fromt he Eastern Reich are welcomed. The Japanese Empire's full navy of 3 carriers, 5 Battleships, 5 submarines, and 2 cruisers will join the Eastern Reich fleet in war games which are set to commence soon after our meeting takes place. OOC: If that is in the subject of navy (cruisers) you dont have that either. I'm just learning the ropes of all the RP rules and what not. This is a good learning experience.

The Japanese Empire invited the Eastern Reich to a joint naval war game in the Pacific, as well as meet on relations reguarding Europe and Asia. The Shanghai Summit, will be held in...Shanghai. CLASSIFIED The Japanese Empire would like to pursue its own nuclear program, and we request aid in this endevor by the Eastern Reich.

OOC: Slavorussia was defeated effectively from, that region if not all of their former lands. Balkende Owns's RP seems perfectly fine. The land was turned into a protectorate and from that a new nation. Get off his back already this is getting annoying.
