You may not make alliance announcements for an alliance that does not yet exist. Closed.

As long as you both do not trade with each other or target the same nations in war, you should be fine - provided you do not share the same network again. The same restrictions, including foreign aid, apply in Standard Edition.

We do not delete accounts, your alliance member may request a name change [url="http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showforum=22"]here[/url]. The account in question is banned now for no matching nation, he may also request to have the ban lifted along with the name change request. Make sure they remember to follow the correct format.

The user in question needs to make the request his/herself. -
Having signatures based on the colors of the moderation team is fine. Using words or phrases that mention or allude to being admin or a member of the moderation team is not allowed.

This is [i][b]incorrect[/b][/i], the maximum duration for a nation sitting agreement is 70 days (10 weeks). No exceptions will be made.

This would be better suited in World Affairs. No matching nation however means no thread. When you have your information sorted you can request to have this unlocked.
