In the Nation Development Comparison chart (you can view it by going to a nation - not your own - and clicking on the charts tab), hover your cursor over the infrastructure bar, and it will tell you your infrastructure level to the third decimal place.

For the above stated reasons, and that many players declare war and then increase their nation strength buy purchasing additional military you may often see nations fighting each other with NS differences outside the declaration ranges. Also note that the declaration ranges are 75% - 133% ration of your strength range or within [b]250+/250-[/b] rankings based on strength. Not a bug, closing.

Generally, a year is 365 days. Nation anniversaries occur on the 365th or 366th day.

Your nation was created 6/9/2009 6:33:09 PM (327 days old). So you should experience the bonus on 6/10/2010.
The bonus is +5 Happiness. -
For making your own flag, you will have to do that with some sort of editing program.
There is a thread about flag design which can be found here: http://forums.cybernations.net/index.php?showtopic=14307
The only options as far as getting your flag in the game are to either have your alliance become sanctioned (the top 12 alliances who have at least 200 members), or to individually win a round of [url="http://tournament.cybernations.net/"]Cyber Nations Tournament Edition[/url].
The flags you are referring to were entered into the game using one of the above methods. -

It has a base cost of $50,000,000. The final cost is calculated with the above formula found in the information index. -

No happyness bonus in trade
in Report A Bug

Your nation display indicates that you moved to the green team on 7/29/2010 (you can view this by hovering your cursor over the team color). The trade that you are not receiving a bonus for was established 7/20/2010 prior to your team change, while the rest of your trades came after you changed. Changing your team color cancels same team trade bonuses, so you will have to cancel the trade and send a new trade offer to that individual. In order for a trade to receive the bonus, both nations must be the same team color prior to the trade offer. Not a bug, closing.
