1. I find it amusing to watch various parties argue semantics over the OP's comments wishing God well and praising them for being great friends and allies. What did anyone expect VE to say? Obviuosly there are some hard feelings behind closed doors bringing about the treaty cancelation. The praises VE posted regarding GOD are imo genuine. GOD is in a compromised position politically and it's obvious VE would not want to add fuel to the fire by trashing GOD in a cancelation thread.

It's not easy canceling on a long term ally, one keeps hanging on a little longer wanting and hoping the relationship can return to what it once was, even when the writing is clearly on the wall. I guess few people understand because few alliances have had that kind of genuine long term friendship.

    Edit: Grammar

I'm a loser? Good dodging ability I guess, trying to paint me as a loser just because I feel like alliances should defend their allies no matter the cost. I guess it's what separates MK and NpO.
Except I didn't dodge your post, I addressed it directly. I didn't say Polar was in the last war because they weren't, I guess that's what you mean by dodging. I am not painting you as a loser because you feel alliances should defend thier allies no matter what, I called you a loser for taking a cheap shot at the NpO for no other reason than they are NpO.
I feel like alliances should defend their allies no matter the cost. I guess it's what separates MK and NpO.
You are quite incorrect. If anything this is the one common theme between MK and NpO. And since you're praising MK and crapping on Polar you can bet all your tech MK have declined to defend allies sighting non chaining clauses in thier treaties like the NpO has and just about every other alliance across Bob.

  3. You were condeming them for not defending thier allies and because they were not involved in the war does not equate to the NpO shrinking from thier treaty obligations. Unlike so many loser alliances the NpO stands beside her allies when the chips are down. Your dumb comment is like saying the STA doesn't defend her allies because we were not involved in the last war. But you're just here taking cheap shots for !@#$% and giggles like the loser you are.

Whose current only ally is TPF who didn't defend them in the curbstomp by AZTEC/WAPA because they wanted to help NPO with their war later on

Should be a fun backdoor convo going on right bout now lol
You will recall the NPO was attacked pre-emptively by FARK invoking the mandatory defense clause in thier treaty. Sorry to disappoint, no controversial backdoor convos going on. ;)

Might be a long shot but it might just be a bookmark problem, check the link in it if you have book marks set to go to your nation.

Only when I click "view my nation" does it bring me to my own nation.

No one's said this yet it desperately needs to be said:

Your alliance's only treaty is with TPF. In a way, TPF is your de facto protector. Like it or not, your alliance's foreign policy combined with the NV and TOOL disbandments puts you squarely in the NPO sphere. If anyone were to ever hit STA, it's only because of TPF, and likely indirectly NPO, that you'd survive. Keep that in mind when you talk to the head honcho of your de facto protector's closest ally in a public forum.
We also have a LOA treaty with OBR which is more or less a PIAT level treaty. I highly doubt anyone in TPF or NPO for that matter are all that concerned with D34th's opinions. I also doubt Brehon would want D34th's views silenced even if he,(Brehon) disagrees with said views.
Also, if STA is trying to distance itself from its Polar-centric past, as the cancellation a few months ago would make it seem, why on Earth would STA accept an application from Polar's propaganda guy? And then not only do that but have him be its OWF voice?
D34th is a valued member of our alliance and he or anyone else in our AA are free to voice thier opinions. We only ask that they not post in poor taste and I have yet to see D34th post anywhere in such a manner. I suppose I have to point out that D34th does not represent the STA in any official capacity.

  8. I was going to congratulate you guys on a great accomplishment until I read this horse!@#$...

WTF! You didn't get the memo, the one where allies are tools to used for political and strategic gain

All kidding aside this is why I am proud to be allied to TPF.

    Onwards and Upwards!
