Must I explain to you how each of these alliances is part of a massive tree of alliances which branches off unto every segment of the cyberverse and dominates the majority of its strength and resources? I hardly consider such an outcome as few and honourable.

It is impossible to introduce into the cyberverse a greater change and greater evil than this: the conversion of law into the instrument of plunder. What are the consequences of such perversion? In the first place, it erases from our consciences the distinction between justice and injustice between alliances. No alliance can exist unless the laws of the life, liberty, and property are respected to a certain degree - if not complete, then at least partial. The safest way to make laws respected is simply to make them respectable - New Sith Order is the means. The nature of law is to maintain justice. This is so much the case that, in the minds of people, law and justice are one and the same thing and law is determined by the highest power. There is in all of us a strong disposition to believe that anything lawful is also legitimate. This belief is so widespread that many persons have erroneously held that things are 'just' simply because law makes them so. Thus, plunder may become sacred simply through law. But here we are presented a third option to the choking treaty-web and to the stagnant rebellion of Vox Populi. I believe in a new way, one where the strength of an alliance will not be by its treaties and partners, but by the internal strength of each member individually. Ivan is the means. This is why I have chosen New Sith Order.
