ok to answer the question regarding iFOK being founded to agrivate GGA the short answer is no as is well known FOK is a largly dutch community and this for non dutch members is difficult, by founding international (i)FOK we allowed those non dutch members to flurish which largly has been a success winding up GGA was just a bonus (joking) as for the leashes.........there isnt one while we share some core values we are a seperate alliance and will persue our own interests while at the same time upholding our treaty with FOK but we can and if nessarsary will act alone

I personally like LOD dispite him being one of the higher ranking alliance members (OOC i was a different character back then) he was one of the few that came down to talk to us and was one of the few that didnt spew the party line when it came to discussion so i have no doubt that his reasons for leaving where important and LOD though it may not mean much what ever these people say and ive seen a lot of things from "new" people who wernt there when i was which really wasnt that long ago.......you have my admaration ad respect....o/

OK, In all honesty im feeling the point of my OP and initial discussions with Vladimir have been lost....... This is NOT about whether NPO can pay reps as we all know they CAN what this is about is do we force them to pay them in a fashion that leaves them at complete and utter risk of distruction.....i think that is the sticking point, so please instead of bashing lets have a resonable discussion about ideas that would make this WORK i.e a staggared reps timetable my initial proposal is as follows the NPO has Forty days from signing of the treaty to STORE rebuilding aid with a neutral alliance such as the New Polar Order who while not allied with NPO did not take Offensive action against them at this point the NPO nations in peace mode would come out and send as much aid as there slots will allow in forty days NO KARMA NATION WILL ATTACK AND KARMA WILL PROTECT DURING THIS PERIOD after forty days The peace mode nations as sighted by the initial treaty will enter 14 days of war following this period Another Forty days will commence in which the NPO may get the aid back and use it ONLY on economic improvments and rebuilding BANKING NATIONS ONLY WHICH ARE TO BE IDENTIFIED IN THE TREATY then forty days of rep paying begins following this cycle the NPO may have 30 days rebuild time to a maximum as specified by both sides and then 40 days reps paying.......this cycle will repeat untill reps are payed any imput would be welcome but keep it clean gentlemen.........magnamimus in victory as they say

If we are thinking of people to act in this role then may i suggest MiketheFirst; mike does not hold bias when he has a job to do and is capable of delivering home truths if need be, but in terms of qualified we just need someone who can put thier alliance aside for a moment and mearly act as thier morals dictate, again while i may not be a widly known figure i if called upon can do this and to be honest would very much like to.....bear in mind it may be benificial to have someone in the role who is not known extensivly to either party thus ensuring that no bias will take place

Once again i offer this position on my part; If Karma and Pacifica wish to return to the table i offer to mediate IMPARTIALLY while i am a member of iFOK i will agree to be removed from the alliance and forums as well as the IRC thereby preventing any contact with FOK or iFOK during the time of discussion. while this may be logistically difficult my suggestion is this the NPO pays a large sum to be held by an ally such as IRON or the GGA or if need be a Karma alliance this money is held for a period during which the NPO peace mode nations will be engaged in war for 14 days, following and its successful verification by an approved independent person(s) agreed upon by both parties the money will be returned and a period of 60 days will pass during which NPO nations will be allowed to rebuild there economies to a point deemed acceptable by both sides....at this point the staggered payment of reperations can begin
