I'd Like to take up Vedran on his offer of military support, and thank those nations who have respected our ideology.

the Council Mozambique is interested in joining the PAC in order to provide for our defense from foreign enemies.

Our Government has had an election, and an extremely libertarian, nearly anarchist, party, my own Anarchists for Freedom and Equality movement, has won the election. We are establishing a council where every district chooses to, by their own means, send two representatives to the national council, who will be establishing an apparatus for conducting foreign affairs, as well as a system of courts where any citizen may, provided his evidence is credible, bring a complaint against another citizen. Our nation is now an anarchist paradise, and with our anarchy will come all the benefits of freedom, a free market where goods may be easily procured, a free exchange of ideas, and the freedom to conduct oneself as they please, so long as there doing so does not harm anyone else. Let Freedom reign over the land.

Our nation does not have a communist government, but several leftist groups have expressed interest in visiting this conference. Perhaps we could send a small party of diplomats and envoys to observe? Within our democratic system all parties are treated equally, and we want to expose our citizens to as many influences as possible, that they might return home and enrich the nation with news of others ideas and thoughts.

If your provisional Authority needs asylum we can allow you to stay within our borders, and perhaps we can become allied in the coming days and weeks, as both our nations will surely stumble initially, and having an alliance would be mutually beneficial.

Today Our nation was founded, forged by the blood, sweat, and tears of nationalists, patriots, anarchists, democrats, and indeed all the peoples of our new nation. For now we have over 20,000 paramilitaries acting as police and army, and once we break into the old government's arms lockers and set up training this number will at least triple. As we take stock of the equipment in the old arsenals we will be able to better explain what arms and capabilities we have. Our Provisional Government We have members of the government from Arab, Black African, and White African ethnic groups, which has led to wide confidence in the government across the racial board. A census is being conducted currently to determine how many members the congress should consist of.

I agree with a lot of what Generalissimo said. As a new player it has been near impossible to break into CNRP, and if a new world were being set up I would be glad to go somewhere less exclusive and mindlessly elitist.
