It shouldn't have gone up by $5.81 from the gross income going up by $10, that implies he has a 58% tax rate.
I think he's looking at net income per citizen, and then something else must have changed as well.It is the gross income that increases, however, with banks and other modifiers the $10.00 increase works out to actually be just over $20 if I remember correctly.

I'm not really sure about this, but because it's such a strategic topic for war, most alliance members won't post it here in order to maintain an advantage for when they go to war.

It depends on how early you plan to buy wonders, the major income ones (stock market, social security, 5 happiness) all add around $350k to your net income depending on the resource set-up, so if you plan to get a stock market early on like most nations, you should be at $3 mil net income at the 4k barrier.

I bought 50 spies, but I haven't used them yet, they're primarily a defense base for me at the moment, I'm going for 550 spies when I get to 8k infra in a month and a half, but even then our alliance only allows them to be used in war (they're rather expensive to operate anyways)

Probably nation B, because he received more aid to replace the infra, so he's loved more and will rebuild faster

Get the industrial set (automobiles, asphalt, beer, construction, steel) and make sure the extra resources you have (the ones that don't contribute to those bonus resources) are cattle, fish, and either gems or sugar.
I'm excited to see how this goes.

The NpO never offensively declared on GOONS...
In that case I take my point back about the NpO on GOONS and direct it to IRON and whoever else was against them.
But I still have the same feelings about NpO from what \m/ did to them, at least when I was there.

It would probably help to have the right colour trades as well, I'm not sure what team colour you're on though.

You shouldn't have a problem with these. They're both used in both of the best resource sets in the game, they are amazing resources.

I can't give you a definite answer, but I would go for 3 schools, and then 2 universities.

NPO, I am really not impressed with the lack of war-effort NpO is making on GOONS, it has been pathetic, and I really think they could do a better job, at least in the upper tier. There's hardly any offensive wars by NpO, again just looking at the top nations, I didn't take the time to look further down this list. 43 of the top 100 GOONS nations are in peace mode, how does that happen with your side's numbers? Also, the top tier in NpO was absolutely massacred by \m/ so I have no reason to believe that they are anything special.
Although I'm not a fan of NPO, I must say that they do have some cool members, and they've got to be doing something right to still be the 2nd strongest alliance in the game after all they've been through.

It's because the surrender terms aren't exactly manageable. And who said they're quitting the game, over 90% of them just find a new alliance...
