Team colors are just a pointless nuisance in TE. Anybody not on Black is at a distinct disadvantage, especially when a trade partner re-rolls midway through a round.

Using a 23- or 25-hour day would be great for TE. Over one full Round, players in every time zone would have bad and good schedules so it's fair to everybody. I'm in Asia so my lunchtime reset is a nice advantage for me personally, but I can see that it's a disadvantage for many of my European and American allies.

Wow, as a rank 'n file LE member I was intrigued by the WOLF concept at first, then a little worried, and now I'm just kinda baffled as to why it all fell apart after a couple days of actual war. I know some folks must have worked very hard to put WOLF together, and I salute you. It's a real shame to see WOLF come to such a quick end after you guys made such a big deal out of it.

I regret that post as well as the unsportsmanlike impulse that gave rise to it. It was clearly an overreaction, and should not have been posted.

So everybody in TE should agree to stop warring against one another? Hmmm ... maybe CN should invent a tournament-style war game where gameskills matter.

So TPF attacked LE, an alliance half its size, and no other alliance can help us without being steamrolled by WOLF. Of course TPF will "win" - but win what, exactly? The preceding posts are just goofy. LE has no respect whatsoever for TPF, so why praise us? Do you fools really think you can glom on to to some glory by praising us for qualities you lack and then mathematically eliminating us from TE? Nobody likes a good scrap more than me, and few who have fought with me since Round 2 would dispute that, but at this point it's just arithmetic. The first attack on my nation today was by a nation at the very top of my range, I was at the very bottom of his, and I guess that's TE now. To me it's kinda embarrassing to attack ANY nation littler than mine - the BIG difference between us and WOLF alliances - and driving us out of the game won't elevate you, it will just diminish the game as a whole. Now the whole game is about WOLF alliances curbstomping alliances half their size, with the rest of WOLF precluding non-aligned alliances from joining in to help us. You pay no compliment to LE by calling us "honorable" and "worthy" before erasing us from the game, and your inevitable "win" will bring you no credit, only the scorn of those of us who like to compete with others who are ABLE to compete. We only attack alliances larger than us, we never curbstomp anybody, and we don't gloat here in these forums - please don't try to mask your bullying curbstomp by pretending that skills, strategy, coordination, and comraderie matter in this game anymore. I wish Admin would invent a new tournament-style game that leaves alliance politics at the door, that's all about war and watching your buddys' backs and blowing stuff up, and ... oh wait ...

Hail WOLF! This great bloc adds another dimension to the game, and it will be interesting to see what develops.

My TF opponents were skilled and honorable without exception, but they do need to communicate more. One TF guy CM'd me during the cease fire that preceded the surrender and another GA'd me twice during that time (making nice cash contributions to my nation both times), but those things happen in every war, and there will be no retaliation. Special shoutout to MontyKo of Tuborg, a typical TF stalwart, whose wits kept him out of Anarchy despite my larger size and best efforts. Nice war, guys ... let's do it again sometime!

LE anticipated an attack by another alliance before we went to war, and we were well prepared for a defensive war against a large alliance or a group of alliances. Heeding your advice would have ended badly for TRG. For some, saying "I told you so!" is reward enough in and of itself, and maybe you are of that ilk; but in this case, Elbo, TRG was wise to ignore you.

Elbo, face it, you led MI to ruin, your leadership of Idiot has them on the same path, and your idle threats have proven ... well, idle. You have become a flaccid, impotent joke and your aimless diatribes aren't even funny anymore. Your track record says more about you than your posts here ever will. Given your history you should probably reroll under a different name and start over if you ever hope to be taken seriously again. Your debating skills, your leadership, and even your gameplay have been inadequate in this round and previous rounds, and it seems unlikely any alliance will ever be dumb enough to entrust you with a leadership position if they know what a poor job you have done throughout your time in TE. You are just not very good at TE. Nothing personal, dude, but since this thread is all about you ... well, just sayin ...

Salvage? Does LE's rep need to be salvaged? I think not - our reputation remains intact. The reputation of LE can easily be summed up: - We always do what what we say we will do; and - We are very good at war. We will continue those things, and our reputation will certainly remain intact.
