Regarding CCC's "white peace," I would argue that one should exit the war when it was clear that your allies were defended. By staying on until final peace is signed, and only signing final peace after your allies demands were met, CCC is clearly party to these deed.

With respect to members of the oA coalition wishing us luck with rebuilding, I can only take it as either extreme cluelessness or smug maliciousness, much like telling a homeless person to "enjoy the rain." It is not luck that Pacifica needs to rebuild, but aid slots... slots embargoed by these terms.

It's a new trimester in the Pacifican Calendar, and I've been trying to think of the reasons why this conflict has continued after all of the stated objectives of the Gang of Eight for this war have been achieved. There must be a deeper reason why Polaris insists on this continued conflict. This report is an investigation of that reason.
By the way, I miss you too, but this isn't healthy.

Bragging about being allowed to hit peace mode when you're only 33K NS and there's no worthwhile infra to destroy on you is a stretch.
Spoken like a true pixel-hugger. Where's the personal animosity? Where's the burning desire to keep every nation covered? For God's sake: we've supported Dilber!
Most people are lying to you Sir Paul. These sing alongs... :gag:...
And the pain will continue until the war ends. You best surrender before the fourth report is issued.

Since Polaris, et al were kind enough to give me a peace mode break, I've had the chance to pen and produce another report on this war. It is an investigation of the motivations of the participants, results on the populous, and other existential questions.
Quite frankly: How can one stay alive with all of the ennui in this universe, especially when a high-ranking Pacifican can enter peace-mode at will during a major hegemonic conflict? Where are the men full of vinegar who never would have let that happen?

This is nothing. We actually had people surrender to us and become NPO POWs during the Bi-Polar war, and we were still under Karma reps/demilitarization. There is no greater honor than to offer your sword in defeat to the majesty that is the Emperor. The sooner you embrace that fact, the better off we will all be.

[b]Baltimore, MD[/b] – With 52 percent of precincts reporting, Maryland Question 6 is ahead 698,804 to 665,972, a 32,832 vote lead (2 percentage points). Margins in Maine and Minnesota are larger for marriage equality, (four points and eight points, respectively) but only about a third of the votes have been counted. It should be noted that even if marriage equality advocates win in Minnesota, gay marriage will still be illegal by statute in that state (it will simply prevent bigotry from being enshrined in their state constitution).
Washington State ballots have not yet been reported, so PNN will have to wait until tomorrow before presenting results on their referendum.
