    Mostly Harmless Alliance - 5 - Don't know them, they don't do anything.
    Green Protection Agency - 4 - Neutrals are !@#$%*.
    Fark - 5 - Whatever, idk them.
    Independent Republic Of Orange Nations - 6 - Used to hate them, talked to them a bit more and they don't seem as bad (but they might be, idk)
    Sparta - 5 - See MHA.
    World Task Force - 4 -
    Orange Defense Network - 7 - I gave ODN tons of !@#$ far longer than they deserved it. They've more than proven themselves.
    The Order Of The Paradox - 7 - I've gotten to know them better, some of their members are pretty cool.
    Umbrella - 9 - The Umbrella members I know are awesome.
    New Pacific Order - 2 - I'm still holding my grudge from GATO-1V and I don't plan on letting it go. They're not a one because they serve a purpose (everyone needs an enemy) and they do that better than most.
    Global Alliance And Treaty Organization - 4 - I don't think they're as dedicated to their allies as their allies are to them.
    Viridian Entente - 5 - They're ok.
    The Democratic Order - 4 - $%&@ neutrals.
    New Polar Order - 4 - They treated IAA like a pawn when I was in gov there. Also moralists. They have more decent members than most alliances though.
    FOK - 6 - I personally don't know them that well, but they're better than most alliances imo.
    R&R - 5 - idk
    Mushroom Kingdom - 10 - Best alliance.
    Nordreich - 8 - They're an eight because of Zog. Politically they're probably pretty cool too, idk.
    LoSS - 4 - Don't really know them anymore.
    Nusantara Elite Warriors - 2 - I've never liked NEW.
    The Legion - 2 - haha it's the legion
    Valhalla - 5 - I used to hate them, now I just don't know them, but they're more competent than most alliances out there.
    Multicolored Cross-X Alliance - 3 - It's MCXA. They're terrible.
    Nueva Vida - 5 - Not a four because they downgraded with NpO in response to the Legion treaty.
    The Foreign Division - 2 - They're terrible.
    Federation Of Armed Nations - 5 - They seem cool, but everyone acts like they're these great freedom fighters.
    NATO - 2 - They're terrible.
    Global Order of Darkness - 4 - More relevant than they deserve to be simply because of Xiphosis. Otherwise useless.
    The Grand Lodge Of Freemasons - 4 - Who cares.
    Legacy - 5 - Don't know them.
    The Templar Knights - 4 - Don't know the, but don't care to know them.
    The Order Of Light - 2 - Couldn't even manage to disband.
    Asgaard - 5 - Don't know them.
    iFOK - 5 - Some members are alright.
    Commonwealth Of Sovereign Nations - 5 - I was a member for a month. Pretty boring, but overall not horrible.
    Athens - 8 - I'll always like Athens. Great people, stalwart allies.
    World Federation - 4 - They're terrible.
    Goon Order Of Oppression Negligence And Sadism - 9 - Great people. Ktarthan, join MK.
    Fellowship Of Elite Allied Republics - 4 - They're terrible.
    Global Democratic Alliance - 3 - They're terrible.
    Argent - 5 - Haven't heard anything significant from them since The Citadel existed.
    Guru Order - 5 - Don't know them.
    Christian Coalition Of Countries - 5 - Whatever.
    Ragnarok - 4 - Hoo singlehandedly made them defend Polar. They're hardly an alliance, more of a cult.
    The Phoenix Federation - 2 - It's TPF.
    Random Insanity Alliance - 5 -

    Hydra - 4 - Dumb alliance, but Jacapo isn't bad.
    Carpe Diem - 5 - Old IAA member is there. That's literally all I know about them.
    Créole - 5 - Isn't that just two guys?
    =LOST= - 8 - Cool people.
    Europa - 2 - They're terrible.
    Dark Templar - 5 - Used to like them. Now, eh.
    Imperial Assault Alliance - 5 - Would be a four, given a five in hopes that Chim will turn the place around. Not the alliance I used to be a member in.
    The Order of Righteous Nations - 5 - They're alright I guess.
    Phoenix Rising - 4 - Who? I think I remember not liking them but I can't remember.
    Seaworthy Liberian Carboard Boxes - 5 -
    Invicta - 1 - Moved to red so they could get further up NPO's ass.
    New Sith Order - 2 - Their only redeeming quality is Rebel Virginia.
    North Atlantic Defense Coalition - 2 - They're terrible.
    The Imperial Order - 3 - They though an NPO treaty was a good idea.
