Damage is damage, but helping them isn't actually helping them? I fail to see the logic there.

Yet hitting one and taking 4 tech and causing minimal damage is hurting them? Having an image doesn't mean it was received justly. We allow tech raiding, but that does not imply we are heavily for it. You also say that as if we go around telling people to go hit someone and steal their tech. Makes for a good sound bite, but it could matter less what I say. You'll just keep pointing at the Raid and Aid show and keep bawwing over how awful we are, regardless of how RAD actually handles tech raiding.

Of course it's irrelevant: it doesn't help your argument at all. Who cares that we helped a nation, we hit another one! What a terrible bunch of people we are! Hate to break it to you, but one instance of tech raiding doesn't make it a trend. Particularly when said nation was never actually attacked.

You also completely failed to mention how another nation was given $3 million. Now, my math skills may not be great, but I think the $3 million way outweighs the effects of two land attacks (which I don't think actually happened). It's called the Raid and Aid Show. If you want to fling it in our face, don't forget the other man in the band.

So you're saying that if we want to tech raid, we're not allowed to defend our brethren? I cannot and will not speak for the policies of PC and TCB, but I have clearly stated RAD's policy. If our members want to tech raid, they are free to do so. If you had read the charter, you would have noticed that they are held to strict standards when doing so. I guess we're just terrible monsters regardless.

Before you keep trumpeting your filth, allow me to speak on RAD's tech raiding policy, as found in our charter. Yes, that is an entire section dedicated to tech raiding. We as an alliance do not promote tech raiding actively, but if our members would like to raid, they are allowed to do so as long as they follow the guidelines. If, after all of this, you feel that we at RAD are still "avid" tech raiders, then you clearly lack a sound grasp on the English language.

It's not a PR nightmare just because you say it is. To be quite frank, this is going much better than the original thread.

Last I checked, you're not part of the Pink sphere. So run off and go elsewhere and let us dictate what we'll do with our sphere.

I'd probably be more optimistic if I had any association with them, and knew exactly what's going through their minds, but with censorship and everything I'm seeing, it doesn't look too hot for them. It'll take quite a lot of change for them to survive, and I just don't see it happening.

Way I see it, this nightmare is a huge motivational tool to never let anything damn near this happen again. The way things are looking, it's pretty hard to be optimistic about their future as well.

Why ignore it when they could actually learn something from this?

Nothing else you'll say in this thread will matter after that. Go home and call it a day.
