Yea, you don't really need to "save" because the only thing that changes is the price of the infrastructure, the bills hardly go up. I would do what Scorp said, and save up a couple million, use that on infra first, then get your donation.

At a little less than 7k infra, with all other improvements and SSS, IS, DRA, SM, and GT, they were worth it. Not by much, but worth it.

I recently got spies, and tried it out on my friend. However I was only able to do the "Peace Mode" operations, despite the fact we were both not in peace mode. Also, I now receive an error screen when trying to spy, so I thought I would let you know/see if that was why it went down. If that is the reason please lock this. I am able to spy now, however still only the peace mode options. Wow, I'm a moron, please lock.
