Is it allowed to declare war on another member in your alliance, for say, wargames, as long as you actually perform attacks? I heard that spy attacks are automatic warns, but what about wars if you actually attack? Also, is simply doing an attack of one dogfight per day with one fighter count as an attack to avoid the war-slot filling issue?
