I had thought that all stats updated in-game at about 1am/pm game time. However I have noticed this is clearly not the case, especially with sanctioned alliances. Due to an ongoing race with my alliance and another (ODN) I have been watching their update times, and have constantly noted them changing (Since I started monitoring their stats have been udpated about 2 hours later than the upon first check). Basically, what the heck?
