Even though I agree that he will probably not send the tech, it would've been better if you had waited for not to fulfill his obligations before coming onto the forums like this.

Well, I do agree with my quote fix. Probably should've worded that better. The hell are you talking about? I barely even know what the political climate is like nowadays, all I know is that this "revenge doctrine" is bull.

I'm new here, and I don't understand why there are people with the NPO symbol even though they are not in the NPO and people with the Harmlin symbol under their name even though they're not in that alliance. Can anyone explain this for me?

Raiding an unaligned nation for the hell of it, is not funny. Poor show.

It's not right because nobody should be allowed to determine whether or not you can have your alliance on the red team. I don't care how big or bad your army is. The only thing "right" about this is that NPO at least sticks up for the nonaligned nations.
