I should think so, though I wonder about his nations ability to send research teams during his troubled times.

Today only the Revolutionary Army remains a threat. A threat greater then ever thought as Grand Vizier Aube Hussein was arrested today on charges of, in association with the Russian Union, arming the rebels. A trial is set to start in 2 weeks time. In the meantime, Deputy Grand Vizier Rafi Ahmadinejad has taken over until such times as elections can be held.

I suggest that the right to operate no more then 3 military bases be given to the nations staking claims."

Just a note, some nations have the same color.
Republic of War and the Russian Empire for example.
This is an issue simply because some nations have colonies. I suggest ether marking colonies or redoing the coloring.

The People's Freedom Party today was thrown off balance when their leader was killed by a RA CM. It is expected they will soon surrender. The Capitalist Party has also provided arms to help in the defense of gov't controlled territory.

No, GOONS wasn't a new alliance. The Orders knew them inside and out having been allies. I'm talking more like the NPO's migration in ancient CN history. They came over from NS and set up shop and came in such numbers as to be a major power from the get go. If 1,000 people were to migrate at once to CN from a CN-like game and 800 of them started their own alliance and they were a military power, they, like the NPO so long ago, would be an instant super power. If such an alliance was to become anti-Orders like the NPO became anti-NAAC, the Orders would have issues, even more so if they got themselves allies before going to war.

I can assure you the orders will NEVER fall.
You're assuming CN will always be up and running or that there won't be a mass migration from some other CN-like game with lots of warfare experienced people in that migration starting an anti-Orders alliance.

Actually, he had no idea what in the world he was talking about. No matter how many small nations we are attacked by, moderate amounts of aid aid can easily handle any threats to our lower ranks, regardless of how numerous. It is control of the upper and middle ranks that matters in CN, not the lower.
Ah, but I await the day the "12 Step Guide: A guide to Nuke Rougeary" is used in an organized 50 nation attack against the Orders. Not hopping for it mind you, but you have plenty of highly developed nations that hate you, know each other and will one day grow board of just collecting taxes and buying infra.

With Babylonian forces recently redeployed (his nation was in anarchy), the 3rd Arabian Army has has been sent to take their place.

The Royal Arab Army, Imperial Forces and the 1st and 2nd Arabian Armies met today in the capital of Ar Riyad. While in discussions about what to do with the 3 rebellions taking place, a man claiming to be the leader of the Capitalist Party arrived and offered to join the fight against the Reds. When asked about the Arab emissary killed, the man, calling himself Abeu Alie, produced documents showing that the execution was ordered by one of his overzealous generals and that said general had been arrested. The offer of aid was then accepted, bringing The Arabland/Republic of Ustio Border back under gov't control.
It was then decided that the allied forces should move against the Revolutionary Army, leaving Babylonian and militia forces to deal with the People's Freedom Party.

Also hello. Disrespectful is concept you should understand re-roller. The NpO looks just fine from where I am, and I do not consider your opinion important re-roller.
Same here, I just don't like your attitude. I've seen alliances rise as high as yours and then fall. Hell I've even seen your alliance rise and nearly fall itself. The NpO will also fall, albeit not anytime soon with the NPO supporting you.
