He did. If you run a search on that name ingame, you come up empty which is why he posted what he did.
Nation deleted. If you read post's and topics that were made under that name, you'll find it was a legit nation and account.

This is crazy this is. I only posted here to make it an official war and do it the proper way, I didn't want it to turn into a debate about how to have a war!
Jack the great, I think when you told Smallfrog to shut up it generated the buzz (positive) that has kept this thread alive. Really, I've not seen someone small stick it to the man as they say in a while.
Also, good luck with your war. I'll be following this thread closely.
Off topic: Disregard the fact this account is young. I'm not a noob, just restarted as my old nation got trashed beyond repair.

Arabland Announcement
Grand Vizier Abbas Muhammad walks to the edge of the balcony on the 4th and top floor on the south side of the Governmental Palace and takes his place behind a podium set up for the moment. Grand Vizier Abbas clears his throat and begins to speak, "Arabs of Arabia rejoice! Rejoice for today you have nation to call your own, Arabland! From this day forth the sands will be shaped as you will, the rivers will flow as you will and Arabia will be as you will! Arabia is yours and let no-one in this world take it from you!"
Wild applause ensues. After about 3 minutes it subsides.
"You have every right to be proud," Grand Vizier Abbas says, smiling. "My fellow Arabs, let us go forth and spread the word of civilization to the the sands of Arabia. Let our proud nomads know that they shall no longer be subject to bandits in the sands. Let them know that the West shall no longer try and force them to settle in the cities. That choice is up to them and to you. Let us show the world that nomad and settled can live in peace and symbioses!
More applause, shorter this time.
"Yes, show the world! I go now into my chambers and will return to this spot when our future is secured. Wait for me until then. I vow not to leave my chambers until that goal is accomplished." Grand Vizier Abbas turns and leaves for his chambers.
In the crowd below an onlooker turns to his friend, Abbud Hussein. "Abbud, my friend."
"Yes?"
"What do you think about Abbas?"
"Ah, yes. I spoke with him this morning. He told me that my prior military service in Rebel Army would do me good if I was to join his government."
"So I take it you think highly of him?"
"I... Respect him."
They both chuckle at this and leave on their way home.
