Yes we can, as they already placed a nuke in Arabland, killing the SWAT team sent to disarm it. Thankfully, only the explosive charges went off. We're sending you a request for the exact or general area that you've tracked them too. Once that is provided, we'll send the team we've readied to rescue the hostages.

The rangers are currently waiting for orders from you generals from Arabland. They can either be used as defense force if you need an important building defended or if you have a known area you want searched then they can go search and destroy/capture. The choice is yours.
We're using them for some Intel gathering. Once our spies and your Rangers finalize a plan, they will be deployed to find and rescue the children.

With the rescue of the King, the Black Hand has been foiled yet again. This hasn't seemed to stopped them, however as they've now taken 20 elementary school students hostage while on a field trip to Jerusalem, killing the 5 teachers with them. While Rebel authorities were alerted, the Black Hand managed to move them to an unknown location before they could act. A photo of what appears to be the Rocky Mountains they sent us seems to indicate they've been moved to North America. They say they will kill the hostages if we don't help them to remove Sahranian forces from their new homeland as well as to overthrow the monarchy in Moscow.

My nation of Neo Amerika has just formed. I will not give you all the details, as I am sure you all have experienced hardships as well. It has been very hard on my people though, ever since the pole shift in 2012 the Mississippi river has flooded its banks. Our streets are unusable, cracked from the explosions, packed with derelict cars. Our people need food in their shelters, and materials to work upon the land with.
My people wish me to make a public deliberation very soon to choose a ally. We are looking for a helpful alliance, one that has learned to be strong in these trying times. We look not only for strength in numbers, but the military and economy as well. We may now be weakened by the devastation we have suffered, but with the right partners in peace we can prosper once more. We need support to prevent the roaming hordes looking for food and help from attacking us without cause. We need aid to help us rebuild.
Our people wish to know the following:
How many nations fall under your alliance?
How many alliances do you have peaceful terms with? Treaties?
How many alliances do you have bad intentions with? Wars?
What is your alliances stance on rouge nations in your alliance?
How do you address the issue of raiding?
What type of inital aid can be supplied to us to help us rebuild?
If the savages attack us, what kind of support will we get? Finacial aid for our troops in battle, additonal defense, both?
What has been your alliances history? (How long have you existed, how many wars have members been in, nation retention rate over the years, etc.)
If you had only one shred of paper saved from the fire, what would you write on it to sway my people to join your side?
My people appreciate brevity and speed in these most trying of times for our nation. Please send your courier with your responses as soon as you can bear.

Today, senatorial elections ended in Sectors A, B and C, to great celebration.
The Arab Senate's 1st act was to declare the Black Hand a terrorist organization and an enemy of the state after a filed nuking of Arabland and the Slavorussian Empire as well as the kidnap of King Tomas Muhammad.

Can someone explain to me where all the alliances went to me and whats been going on lately? I've not been to active on the forums lately (i even had to make a new account) and i just dont understand what happened. ever since the NAAC disappeared and then the legion abandoned me i havent seen the point of the politics lately. So can someone help me out?

Sector C's SecCom had been ordered to pull back 50% of his forces and Sectors C and A have been placed at low alert.

Sector C forces have removed their artillery peaces but are still ready to cross the border.
Sector A Special Ops teams have also just arrived in the Welsh Empire to aid in the recovery of the King.

Sector C forces have been massed along the border and have trained artillery on sevral DMZ positions in the event they make aggressive moves.
Sector A forces have also been placed on high alert and have taken up firing positions at, around and in every gov't instillation, with Sector A Special Ops teams being readied for deployment to the Welsh Empire.

Failing with the nuke, the Black Hand has informed us that they've aborted that goal... And taken King Tomas Muhammad hostage as he was leaving his hotel room in the Welsh Empire. More as we learn it.

The Arab Gov't restates it's warning and points out that the DMZ isn't stable at this point, Joysey having come to the same conclusion as we. We have began targeting the secondary DMZ and will launch an attack if and when we deem it necessary.
OOC: Just a reminder folks, this is what the Black Hand (formerly the Dark Hand) wanted as my spin off RP shows. I've not decided if this is my gov't bowing to their demands or if I'm doing this on my own, so bare with me while I decide how to do this. Also remember this part is OOC.

We are still reviewing the deal and considering economical and social consequences, but we need more time.
While we review the plans suggested by the international community, we warn Arabland that if even 1 soldier will cross the border, if 1 civilian or military airplane will enter our skies, we will consider it a declaration of war and we will not be afraid to react as consequence.
We ask our allies to support us in this hard standoff.
Then stand down, reopen peace talks, and remove your checkpoints at the DMZ. Do this and we'll back off.

The Arab Gov't respectively points out to Tahoe that this situation is literally next door. If the Sahranians continue, it's not Slavorussia that needs to worry.

It has become clear that the Sahranians want war. Every time Slavorussia make a move for peace, they turn up the heat. Every time Slavorussia makes a move to war, the peacekeeping forces come under fire. If we don't stop the Kingdom of Sahrani's ability to wage war now, then in a week or so, you can kiss your DMZ goodbye and it's won't be our doing.

If peacekeeping forces open fire, we will not stop at the DMZ. We will fight the fight until the bloody end if need be.

While we understand the withdrawal of support, Promised Land protests this declaration by the Arab Government. Please do not try to neutralize any military assets of Sahrani, as that will be taken as a declaration of war.
Only their offense assets. We hope this will will force them to the table, while still allowing them to defend themselves from invasion. As for an invasion being considered an act of war, it should be. Our forces are ordered to stop at the DMZ if war comes and so the peacekeeping force need not fear. Our commanders also have orders to avoid bloodshed at all cost, and it is hoped our targets will surrender their arms without a fight. No POWs will be taken from bloodless victories.

The Arab Gov't hereby withdraws it's support for the Kingdom of Sahrani, but continues to recognize it's territory. If the Kingdom of Sahrani can't find a solution within 3 days or at least reopen peace talks, Sector C forces have been ordered to cross the border and neutralize all Sahranian offensive military assets. All SECCOMs (Sector Commanders) have been placed on high alert.
