[/quote] Cairna is not referring the DoW on SNAFU, he is talking about a nation from MK switched his AA to SNAFU and was ask to switch back by SNAFU and CD, when he didn't switch back we went to MK Gov. and all they told us was that he was doing it to annoy us and that he succeeded at his goal, we gave it another 2 days then sent one nation to attack him as a Ghost of SNAFU, and he was sent a message to switch AA and the attack would stop, in less then a few hours he switch back to MK, and the guy was sent peace. Which in my eyes looks kinda fishy on MK part as it looks like they didn't even message there own nation to switch back to their AA and took us attacking him before switching back

These parties may defend against an alliance who DoWs (or equivalent) against their treatied allies after these terms are posted." ok now if you dont get it, this means Umbrella knew that attacking one of our allies would let us back in this war, they and MK both attacked NSO nations with out DoW before these terms were signed, as stated back in this topic more then once if they wanted to avoid this they could of did a mass DoW on everyone that countered GOONS, but MK/Umbrella didn't.... so those attacks on NSO nations they did where an act of war, even if a current war is going on dose not mean you can attack anyone, hell most of us that enter only declare on one alliances and stick to fighting that one alliance, unless They have to DoW again, and then a new DoW is put up, but you guys are trying to say "we declared on one you so we declare on all of you"..... That is not how things have been working for the past 4/5 years I have been here, if you declare on everyone then you state it in your original DoW as other alliances have done it in the past. And not say that your original DoW covered them when it didnt. That is as simple as it can be put, no if and or buts about it

If MK was including NSO in there original DoW then why was NSO not stated in it..... what it looks like to me is your trying to bend the truth to be in your favor, when we both know that your attack on NSO were in the wrong, and maid MK the aggressor in this war, which lets us enter the war with out braking terms, if you didnt want to fight us you should of stuck to attacking those alliances you DoW on and not NSO

And now to those of you wondering why CD has so much to say on this, do you not realize that we did enter this fight to defend our allies, and love to defend all of our allies, and just because WAPA got peace dose not mean all our allies got peace, NSO and ASU both are still fighting in a war, that has nothing to do with the fight we just peaced out of, but because of these terms we can not go and fight for NSO or ASU, we are forced to sit here now and wait till either they get peace and we aid them or for someone else to attack them..... but let me get this right because GR entered with C&G on the other side of the fight and we in CD are allied to them as well, CD is now allowed to enter the fight with GR with out anyone declaring on GR because there side was not stated on the terms....... how dose that make sense..... how is that fare...... CD want to defend our allies but our hands are tied to only helping GR, but me, being involved in the KARMA war disagrees with preemptive attack on any alliance unless a good CB...... and GR entered on a side thats CB is BS yes we could of stayed in this war, but as stated before me MHA is at peace with WAPA so there was no point in keeping the fight going with MHA, but we would love do defend one of our other allies..... but these terms are stupid and we cant change that And to Sparta, CD did ask for peace either it was force upon us Edit: We were never asked into peace talks so get your info right

if I am right all of the nations attacked by CD that were in Fark had no nations on them, so if we could find that many nation in Fark with no attackers I think they could of attacked us back

Fark nations: 305 CD: 93 ya I have nothing to complain about... oh wait, I forgot you 40 something nations, but even with out them look at that ratio

yes and I will take the blame for that as I had to send out the fireteams, but that do not change the fact that you guys could of attacked anyone else, but had no balls to do so, and dont try saying "CD was our best target" because Fark is not our best target yet we attacked them
