The Order of the Paradox was finally passed by Grand Global Alliance to allow for the sanction list to get dull without their italics splitting 11th and 12th. We also saw the Add Line jump, with Grand Global Alliance's arming up after update. This caused recently added Valhalla to fall below the Add Line and into warmer waters. A quick look at total nations over 50,000 NS. Blue: 101 nations Red: 33 Orange: 68 Black: 65 White: 25 Yellow: 7 Maroon: 17 Pink: 3 Aqua: 19 Brown: 8 Over 340 nations over 50,000. I think that's more than enough to eliminate the 50,000 ns attack all takers cap. Let them fight in their range. I'm all for the change to 75-133%.

I didn't change much since I don't keep tanks on hand. I'm still not sure how this will play out, though.

There were a few people who just got drool on today's update. With Commonwealth of Sovereign Nations and LoSS posting no gains, and many others changing .01 in either direction.
