Import water, this gives also 1 environment bonus. The NEO wonder helps also, but for that wonder the requirement is too high.

Now after almost a month introducing the envoriment update i can say that i like it and have no problem with it. Anyway if you havent nukes and not more than 1 resouce what gives a penalty, you must can on 1 env (excluding the radiation effect) if there is no war. So for me its no problem.

I think that the water 10% environment bonus doing nothing. If i have 2 environment and example there is a radiation of 0.90, it comes on 2.90. With water resource it must be i think 2.61 in this case. I dont sure that its a bug but it looks like as a bug. After the environment updates, i think this must also be implented. Thanks anyway for answer and maybe fixxing this bug.

What i want to know is, what of penalty gives coal. I cant find it anywhere. Some people did also said that coal did give a harder penalty.

First, there are more than enough improvements. If you are low on infra and have less improvements you must always choose to what improvement you take. If you have arround 2899 infra its high enough to get your first wonder. On that level you have also the most important improvements. Now many people have -x improvement slots. Its much cheaper and easier buy a wonder than or break the improvements you have and buy border walls, or buy many many infra and then buy border walls. Notify that a border walls also give a -2% citizen penalty. This break issue is also if you add new envoriment improvements. BTW, if the requirements for the last 4 wonders will be lowered to arround 4000 infra or remove that requirement completely (except for the requirements for the wonders they needed) its also fine, it also handle some problems and issue's.

A Wonder is much easier. If people have high enough infra, its not needed to buy infra, only you do in that case is buy a simple wonder. I am atm -12 improvement and personal i am not intrested to tweak that to buy again infra. Wonder is more fine and there are no requirements, only do need some money.

Maybe an idea to tweak this a little by adding a new (expensive) wonder what gives 2 or 3 envoriment bonus. I think tweak it all with (new) wonders is better than tweak it with improvements.

I am happy that FOK have now the 12th spot. Hopefully we can hold it.
