most people in my alliance are getting bad events. I think there 1 or 2 good one, than 10 bad ones.

It probably Fallout Shelter System or Strategic Defense Initiative, but with no first nuke policy, there 50% chance of a nuke war. Didn't they say with SDI makes the other person nuke to miss, they can refire more nuke till they hit you on the same day? Doesn't that mean SDI sucks? I heard the second best is CIA, but what point of having it if you can't show it off and tell people to back off. Even if another person with CIA know about it, he still need more land and tech than you, plus threat lvl. Foreign Air Force Base, Anti-Air Defense Network, and Pentagon are mostly likely to use their effect in war. Shouldn't they be better? Does anyone think increases the technology bonus to damage from 0.01% to 0.02% per technology level from WRC is worth the cost and -1 environment or you staring at able to build 2 nukes a day too much? Discuss or list your best military wonders.

I sent 3 mil for 100 tech. I prefer short term, but long term ok.

if you have your arrow over the star, it tells you what it does. red star= +1 environment white star= -1 environment no star= does nothing

I never heard that. In wiki, each half star = .4 happiness http://cybernations.wikia.com/wiki/Environment are you sure it not 1 happiness = 2 income?

I want get nukes at some point. Is there a good trade set with my furs and lumber that go with uranium? My last trade circle took 2-3 months to make and I lost 2 persons 3 months later. Should I get trade circle again or bribe off-color trades?

get Aluminum, Coal, Iron, Lumber, Marble, Oil, Rubber, Water, Wheat, fish, wine, cattle should give Asphalt, Automobiles, Construction, Steel, Beer as bonus
