I'm sorry, but that had to be quoted for epic hilarity. Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.
Anyways, we get it. You disagree with the way Sparta handled the NPO situation. And I can even understand your point of view.l But the e-lawyer in me is whispering in my ear "check the treaties". So, being the person who always listens to the voices in his own head, I did.
From the Redish/Pinkish Treaty, aka NPO-Sparta MDP:
From the Joint Spartan Declaration of War, aka Sparta-GOD MDoAP:
So, reading those leaves us with the following scenario: GOD declare war on NPO. Our MDoAP would allow Sparta to attack NPO, but our MDP prevents that. Our MDP also says we need to defend NPO, but the MDoAP wouldn't really allow that, either. Well, that's certainly a tough situation to be in. I guess what we would do in that situation... is nothing.
Well, 48 hours later, that MDP is suddenly gone. What caused that? Oh yeah, it was cancelled. Well let's re-evaluate. MDoAP says we can attack NPO, and the... ummm... wait, what is stopping us from attacking? Oh hai, GOD! What's that? You'd like us to help you attack NPO? Activate Article IV, hmmm? Ok.
Mate, I understand why you think we stabbed NPO in the back. But we really couldn't have defended them. Conflicting treaties and all. Or you can just continue to hate us. Thats fine too. But guys (and I say this to my alliance as well), lets lay off the flame baits and trolls, eh?
And yes, I am also ignore the fact that we had to defend Athens as well.
