As Sarkin has pointed out, Riot Society are doing tech deals with DT (odd but I digress), and I have not been approached to stop, cease, or discontinue said deals, we also have a tech deal with Umbrella. Fark can sit here, and say that they've gone to people tech dealing with DT (albeit we only have maybe 2 deals with them) but I've yet to hear from them. I only know one other AA who was approached by Fark, and they told them to shove it that they were going to keep dealing with DT, yet they weren't attacked,
So from my own dealings with another AA who was approached, said fuck off, who actually has nations 50k+ ranges, and nukes; were not attacked. I was not approached about our deals with DT, maybe not as many as WFF, but still on the opposite side of Fark. This is just very silly for Fark to continue to claim anything else other than we targeted them because they were weak, and wouldn't fight back. Which I don't have a problem with it, but don't hide behind saying you've talked to others, and the others have said they'd stop, when that's simply not true.

Are we all required to be relevant to know someone was hasn't played the game for five years then comes back asking if anyone missed him? More than likely there is a whole new generation that has never heard of him, nor care to know who he is. It's just an old player returning, who was seeking attention by asking on the forums if anyone missed him who has been gone for five years, and assumes anyone cares that he is back.

Why would GPA nations even run GA's, it's useless. It doesn't benefit them at all. Why give him more land/tech to be nuked away. If you Just sit at 0 soldiers, run Air, CMs, and Nukes, you'll damage his land, and tech without him gaining anything. Even if they are 13 days+ trying to run GA's really does nothing to help GPA. Having three people declare once a day in succession and running everything besides GA's will be great for GPA to do. Keep him in anarchy, cycle people in, and out. Drain his nukes so he can't attack you, because he can't GA you if you have no soldiers you even mitigate damage that way.

I just wanted to point out to all of you that the existing relationship between CRAP and TCSS is no longer standing with the new name change. Without me around there wont be anyone to have half as much fun with though :(
You can continue with TCSS as the already changed the name, so it's not like they have it anymore. I think everyone who left, or was forced out would want their name, and home back.

CSS- .16 times damage ratio offensively against Badlands and .47 times damage ratio offensively against DBDC for a total of .39 times damage ratio; DBDC did 2.4 times damage ratio offensively and Badlands did 4.6 times damage ratio offensively for a total of 3.42 times damage ratio.
Don't care about your other stats, but it should be noted that CSS isn't really in the war, they're "attacking" DBDC because chow, and company raided them, then moved to the DBDC AA (in my view, to get away from people hitting them in turn for raiding CSS) so CSS declared on them while on the CSS in defence of their raids that have been going on for months, prior to this war. So, I don't think they should be included in this war, but then again, I guess you can include them in the worst military, but when you're getting nuked by nations in the 15k range, and you have no nukes, for months, the numbers will be skewed. Though using the same Atlas excuse that nations with wonders, and nukes at the low tiers that were beaten down shouldn't count against them does well for CSS too. So if we say CSS is doing the worst, using the Atlas theory of military, they aren't.

False about Guinness and North Star Federation and you know it.
I'll provide a counter-point of an alliance which entered the war in a similar way to Atlas but for the other side (and are only at war with one AA). That being Coalition of Royal Allied Powers who appear to have a worse ratio than Atlas has but as they are on what people seem to call the "losing side" appears to get a bye when it comes to the statistics. So can anyone please explain how Atlas have done worse than the Coalition of Royal Allied Powers. Thank you.
I'm not sure what is really false. Riot didn't even nuke Guinness it was over before Nukes could even be used. They also lost half of their membership/gov a few hours before the war. Though but do you really expect someone with no nukes to do fairly well when they can't even pick, and choose their targets? Atlas has so many more positives this war than Guinness was ever able to have, but I digress. Maybe in exact pure numbers it;s skewed for Guinness, because we quaded what was left, and had peace the next day, or couldn't attack because they turtled, or were too inactive to hit back. NSF, from my two wars with them, despite nuke coverage actually tried, and were declaring on Riot the first time, and the second time they just attacked LT, and I believe they have a better damage ration than Atlas has on Invicta. But I digress, as I said in my original post you aren't the worst military, you're just doing the worst this year. The two are vastly different, but can be construed to mean the same.

Atlas would have performed much better had they not been re-assigned targets. There was an optimum window for them to attack, and that window passed. They were tossed onto people who had melted infra off and thus had heavy tech/wonder advantages in their tiers. It is a sloppy effort, surely, but yet again it is not nearly the worst.They tell a good portion of the story, it shows that you are doing vastly worse on a winning side. Doing slightly better than those on the losing side. As I said all along, you don't have the worst military of 2014, you actually had people on at update, can declare on people, do some damage, you have a half-way decent MoD etcetc It just irks me that you're using excuses to make your point. When every AA has excuses, it's easy to make excuses. Franz, and Kiloist actually tried to address problems, even Kiloist is saying they knew they were going to do horrible, and so did Franz. I just feel that you're better than excuses, and wanted to push you to see that it's not up for us to change your mind, it's up to you to change our minds, not by using excuses, and reasons why. I don't want to beat a dead horse, but every AA has excuses, when you remove said excuses, you have the pure numbers, as Doch showed.

I actually like you, and you know that. So your last point doesn't really hold water for me harping on Atlas doing the worst in 2014, not that they have the worst military. Not that people can tell the difference around here.

Name them, because you have the worst pure numbers on a winning side that is a dog pile than anyone in 2014. Sun may be doing worse than you in pure numbers, but their also in a dog pile on a losing side of the war. So that's out. NSF did better in pure numbers in 2014 than you. Guinness is doing better in pure numbers than you right now. If you want to start naming AA's with worse pure numbers than you, on a winning side of a beat down. Please, start posting these numbers, and showing us how we are wrong in saying Atlas has done the worst in 2014. You can't just keep saying but reasons/excuses for you being horrible, because every AA has excuses, as I showed before.

Also, why do I need to make you change your mind, this thread wasn't made for us to change your mind, This thread was created for you to tell the people voting how Atlas is in fact not the worst military of 2014. So my "pointed" opinion isn't trying to change your mind, it's me saying hey your thread didn't do it's purpose. If you want to change my mind, or other peoples mind who think you were the worst military, it falls on you to change our mind, not us to change your mind. With your excuses/reasons aren't enough, because as shown before, every AA you brought up has just as many if not better excuses than you for doing worse in 2014. So drop the excuses, and show us someone who did far worse than you're doing right now.

You also admitted that Atlas, while not exceptional by any margin, is not the worst. That is the exact point I've made.
Let me re-word it then, you may not have the worst military, you have had the worst showing in 2014. Which leads to the perception of having the worst military. I should also reiterate, being second worse, or being compared to NSF in anyway militarily is not an accomplishment that you should be proud about, or make a topic about to bring more attention to it.

It's backfiring how, exactly? The only way it "backfires" is if the knuckledraggers who were always going to ignore the points do exactly what they were going to do in the first place. Any argument as to why we are the "worst" military must also address the failures of NSF and other various alliances, and it's simply not even close.
I think I did address it, a few posts up actually... There are always counter points to the points you brought up, which I addressed. As in pure numbers, and in excuses.

All I got from this war was the ability to reread how NSF surrendered to Riot Society for 78 million reps which was a joke offer for them to refuse.
Though, Atlas has done poorly, there is no reasonably explanation that can be said. Being green, or no warchest can be canceled out by you choosing to enter on an opponent beaten down, and on an opponent that was piled on. You could have for all purposes sat this one out, and focused on building up your military wonders, and war chest. This falls on Atlas themselves for failing to see how bad they would actually do, and as Franz said, they knew they weren't going to do well. I'm saying that NSF/Guinness was handled poorly via the FA route not the military route, even though they did bad, but not even they had the kind of Numbers atlas is showing on the winning side of a beat down war. You can't even compare guinness because Riot Society stole half of their active gov/members with a splinter. So they have a legit excuse if people say Atlas has an excuse. Now NSF was bar far more disorganized, but in pure numbers did way better than Atlas has. Now let's say everyone accepts Atlas's excuses, we all move on, and forget. Let's just remember this, even if times tells a different story the next war, Atlas was still being compared to the worst militaries of 2014.
With that being said, I wouldn't say they have the worst military, I think they have poor leadership which lead them into their bad showing, and the perception of them being the worst military of 2014.

I mean I can understand why everyone (So far) is saying Guinness as having the worst military, but RIOT Society took half of their active government, members, helped them start a splinter, and protected them right before we attacked Guinness. If anything NSF who protected them, after attacking an alliance 1/12 their size, disbanded, and paid reps to RIOT Society after their attack. Which is by far so much worse than how Guinness fought through the war.

I've not extorted tech, nor heard of any but 1 in this pact doing it. We would not defend under those circumstances. Regardless, this is not here for your acceptance or validation. It is a heads up.
I actually think it's closer to 50% of your pact who have tried to extort tech, but one of them escapes my memory so I can't say for sure, that leaves me knowing for sure 3 people have. Not that there is anything wrong with trying to extort tech from a tech raid, actually saying give me tech, and i'll stop attacking is just the same as saying i'll keep attacking you if you don't accept my peace after I took tech/land/money. Though I digress, you should defend them either way even if they do try to extort tech.
