1. A GR vs. PS war? What the hell has the world come to?!
 2.
Thats about the trues thing you ever said JB, but you know me and the rest of TPC love ya
Nah, BG...you know I always speak the truth. Its just that sometimes I like stepping on toes and most people don't like that.
 3.
Don't respect our ways of building, warring and enjoying ourselves?
Am I the only one who immaturely laughed when I read this?
 4.
I could only imagine the outcry on these boards, had TPC peaced with GR after barely an update of war.
Stopping the war in general would have been a better idea. They could have prepped for another couple days and found a better option than the course they chose.
 5.
Edit: just deleted everything.
I wish you would have let me see it first
 6.
Four paragraphs, and you managed to totally avoid mentioning how we tried to include DF in our declaration. Impressive.
Nah...I would have praised you guys had the thing worked out with DF too. The thing is though, it didn't, so TPC warred against a small alliance while they waited for a different AA to attack. I've always been against wars that are crazy uneven no matter who is involved in them. Even if its my friends in TPC. So no- I'm not crying, I'm just pointing out the failure. Y'all should have stopped the GR attacks too and made different plans.
 7.
Really? I think TPC is as good as ever.....See we at TPC don't feel the need to crush any alliance, when one ask for peace we grant it, what ever their reason to request peace!! Always was that way, always will be. I like to think any alliance playing TE would do the same and I'm quite sure PS would be as honorable BG.
Well if anyone is qualified to speak on a matter between TPC and PS, I think I would be. Both alliances have some great people in them, though TPC has lost some of the more prominent ones over the last several rounds. I love TPC and I have many friends over there still, but there are and always have been some issues within the alliance. The main issue (unless it has changed since I left) is always trying to stack the odds in their favor. All the treaties over the years, etc. In comparison to PS: The leadership of PS decided to go to war against two AA's (both at the same time) who's stats were higher in EVERYTHING (except one category I think. I think we had two more members). TPC decided to hit one smaller AA, let another small AA join later, then reach peace with the first small AA while still warring with the second small AA. Not much of a crisis war as far as TPC is concerned and very conservative. This very reason is why I wanted to join PS when I came back to TE and why I didn't want to go back to TPC. There's an attitude of respect and a larger desire to war than I've seen. The biggest thing I've noticed since joining PS is how incredibly organized they are! FAR better than any other AA I've ever seen. There's a cancerous attitude within TPC, and it emits a sense of maintaining a public perception of being a war machine while trying to sustain as little damage as possible. That's why we get wars like the one TPC is involved in right now. I mean, y'all just started this stinkin' thing three days ago and you're already peacing out? Its also why TPC has more 'nuke free' wars than anyone else. Its the smoke-screen wars that is cancerous. I do love y'all over there at TPC though.
 8. That was a pretty fun war. The RD guy I fought (Cranolax) was more well prepared than most other opponents I've faced in the past. Props to all three alliances. Enjoy the rebuild!
 9. This might be more fun if the former #1 nation for Catharsis wasn't turtleing. There are some pretty poor money management issues going on here too..... /me yawn
 10.
As long as you don't get a premature peace, i like this declaration. o/ for 10 days war.
lol..I'm sure everyone in TE would love to see us all beat on each other for the rest of the round even. lol
 11.
[s]I'm not accusing Pork Shrimp of being in on it, nor am I saying it's logical. TPC can defend their own actions, as far as I care.[/s]
[s]You didn't? Did you forget about this?[/s]
[s]Significantly less impressive when you realize [s]they're calling in[/s] TPC is coming in to tip the scales for them the other way. "Up declare", lulz.[/s]
Edit: The above was posted before your edit....
 12.
Significantly less impressive when you realize they're calling in TPC to tip the scales for them the other way. "Up declare", lulz.
Since when has PS ever been one to start a good war, then turn it into a curb stomp? We're not the Gay Rollers.....
 13. What?! An up-declare?! That's absurd! TE is all about sucker punches these days!!
 14.
Meh, still here guys.. How bout' you? Edit: Crap... 11 1/2 hours left(Pacific time?)... My bad.
I got raptured!!! Just kidding. So apparently that $100+ million that dude wasted would have been put to better use by sitting in my bank account.
 15.
From what I've read on the topic, what this man and others are preaching is based on a bible verse that they seem to be misinterpreting. I've read the text, there's nothing that says the "rapture" is starting, but it could be taken out of context to seem that way. In any case, if the rapture happens in my lifetime I'd rather stick around for the apocalypse and witness the chaos firsthand. Heavenly forces vs. Hell's demons followed by the earth being destroyed by fire sounds awesome! But yeah this is all BS, people have said the end is near for thousands of years. We're still here. Remember the 90's? Y2K?
You're not doing a very good job of helping me attain the collective wealth (or lack thereof) of the TE-verse...
 16. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/americas/us-preacher-warns-end-of-the-world-is-nigh-21-may-around-6pm-to-be-precise-2254139.html Feel free to donate all your belongings to me and I'll take care of them accordingly.
 17.
Not that I think the war is great, but you have three eco wonders and are in the top 5%. There was really nothing stopping you from getting nukes Guppy.
What he said up there^^^^ Plus, it looks to me like this is a new AA comprised entirely of new members. I don't recognize any of the names anyway. Also, a number you didn't mention is that Rohirrim (however its spelled) is slightly outnumbered in this war. 19 vs. 12 I think. So if Rohirririierimm decides to not use nukes, all this whining y'all have been doing is worthless anyway. If Rohirrrririrrriiiririmrmrmirrim uses all them nukes though, I'm gunna be whining about my already pathetic environment going down even more! C'mon!
 18. The attempts at being relevant....
 19.
I think they're just trying to take away Fark's award...
I think Fark still has it. This probably is a close second though.
 20.
We thought the nuke advantage wouldn't last long after the DoW. So we decided to go in with IRON to even out the numbers. We didn't call them in after the fact. We obviously under estimated our ability in handling the Cobras and for that we apologise. We will peace out.
Really? You thought the single most equalizing force in TE (except for maybe a good WC) wouldn't last very long? Did you think you'd launch all of your nukes in one night? I thought the original DoW was fantastic until IRON jumped in, and this excuse for having them join in is pathetic to put it mildly.
 21. looks like some noobs looking for some spotlight I think...
 22. Well that certainly isn't very original....
 23.
no, just no. don't advocate the behaviour that gets threads turned into the bawwfests we had last round, planet steve does not need that inflicted upon it yet again, so far this round has been quite good.
You have to admit. A slight level of trolling is good for the liveliness and adventures of the OWF.
 24.
Usually TE alliances have a certain honor, as there is a general unspoken rule and I can't remember the last time anyone violated it.....Do not hit AA's already at war/don't hit AA's less than 2 weeks out of a war. To add, far as I can remember, I don't really recall any alliance hitting another with less than 20% of the nuke count either...heck for that matter, I don't recall anyone hitting another alliance with less than 50%!!
BG. I love ya man. You're a good guy, but very out of touch with things when it comes to TE. Since you're crazy busy with RL, I don't hold it against you, but- I was with you in TPF since almost the beginning and every single time I can remember, when it comes to a war, you've tried making TPF/TPC look like the victim or the underdog. I mean look- you're doing it now when y'all were the number one AA and you got attacked by an AA in danger of falling off the first page of the AA standings. For real?! Your attitude toward waring is a cancer to TPC. I'm glad KJ is up at the top, but I pray, for the betterment of TPC, that your attitude doesn't infect him. With as long as I stood by your side, you know that if there's anyone qualified to talk about this, its me. These very reasons, among others you already know about, were some of the reasons I had to leave TPC and didn't want to go back when I came back to TE. Lets stop whining about being the larger nation and start being the larger nation, huh?
Seems funny that there are at least 2 or so alliances in the top 12 that have not war'd yet as of this round, I can think of one right off the bat. Not to throw you guys under the bus PS, as you know your good friends, but IF GR really wanted a fight, and far more fair than attacking an AA just barely over a week out of war, they would have hit PS, RIGHT? Close to the same nukes, close to same member count, just a higher AVG NS is all! They wanted a fight though, right?
First, we have been in a war already. No, it wasn't much of one, but we can't help it if our opponents don't fight back very well. Secondly, you're right. GR could have hit PS and would have been perfectly just in doing it and yes, it would have been a very evenly matched war. That's where the problem lies though. Apparently, they didn't want an evenly matched war. That's why they went straight to the top of the pack. It looks to me like they wanted to fight against the numbers. Its unfortunate that TPC has recently gotten out of a war and that your nations aren't in tip-top shape, and I'm sure your war chests aren't either. With that said though, from being in PS last round when we were at war for the large majority of the time, its not impossible, and unless you want to win some stupid flag, the constant warring is fun. Lets stop whining and enjoy the fight shall we?
