When it landed, Robertson climbed out with his bodyguards. He walked up to Captain Stromberg and shook his hand, "Hello! I'm Robertson. I assume everything's in order?"

OOC: Sure . IC: *President Ned's Hacienda, Outskirts Of Nedopolis. 11:05 AM. July 5th, 2009.* "Alright, glad to hear your alright. Been nice meeting with you," Ned bid Davies goodbye. After putting the phone down, he went back to sulking. Nobody in his staff would talk to him anymore after his admission of stalking E."Oh well," he thought, "I might as well announce it on my public statement tomorrow and get it over with..." *Survivalist Camp, Guevera Island, Off The Coast Of Nedland. 10:30 AM. July 6th, 2009.* After discussing financial support for his uprising with Gudenbarr, Robertson had then met the leaders of various paramilitaies who were supporting him. Group in support of Robertson's uprising included the NNW, the remains of the SST, various militia and survivalist movements throughout the Americas, several Neo-Confederate movements from North America, and the British National Party (OOC: I'm assuming that they exist on Planet Bob), as well as the corporations who had hired Gudenbarr. It was due to all of these groups and their respective contacts that Robertson had gained the information he needed for the uprising. Finally, Robertson had called up Orlov and gotten confirmation on the plan for tomorrow. Robertson then headed back to the helicopter, gathering the team that he had brought with him, and set the helicopter to take off. They were heading for the Aircraft Carrier that Strider had aquisitioned... OOC: What is the name of the aircraft carrier? Will it be in the Carribean in time for Robertson to land on it?

*Throughout the Republic of Nedland. 12:00 AM. July 5th, 2009.* Nedland News later ran a correction of their error in calling Davies the "President" of Promised Land. They relabeled him as "General Davies." *PS Shadow's Bane, Gulf Of Honduras. 11:02 AM. July 5th, 2009.* "General Davies," President Ned's voice answered, "Are you okay after that terrorist attack at the concert? What about the missus?" Ned's voice sounded rather shaky, as though he was distressed himself. *Survivalist Camp, Guevera Island, Off The Coast Of Nedland. 6:00 AM. July 5th, 2009.* The Apache AH-64 that contained Robertson, Willard, Hilary, and James came to a landing a small survivalist camp. The fringe right-wing group here had agreed to support Robertson. Robertson's group was going to stay here until the Promised Land ships dissappeared from their patrol path. As the helicopter landed, Robertson climbed off. After nodding a greeting to some of the militia members there, he walked up to a man in a buisiness suit. "Ahh, hello Mr. Gudenbarr!" Robertson said, "I'm glad that you came! Now, before we begin our meeting, I would like to thank you for all of the data that the corporations that you work for have provided me!" "Anything for the survival of Capitalism," Mr. Gudenbarr replied as he and Robertson walked into one of the log cabins in the camp.

*Throughout the Republic of Nedland. 10:00 AM. July 5th, 2009.* Nedland News Reporting to you for more than twenty years! Matteo Cartez, the anchor of Nedland News, is sitting down at a table next to his co-host, Morgan Bellamy. Cartez: "Greetings people of Nedland! We are having live updates at the moment of the events that occured last night at the Katy Perry concert at Nedland Theme Park!" Bellamy: "Here are some clips." Clips of the gunfire and screaming crowd, as well as President Ned's flight from the area are shown. Cartez: "As you can see, the situation was totally out of control. It is estimated that around nineteen people are dead and thirty two people were wounded in this fiasco. Katy Perry was reported to be tramatized. Vice President Rowan's wherabouts are currently unknown, she having been kidnapped during the attack. President Davies of Promised Land, who was also attending the concert as a guest of Ned, was also threatened." Bellamy: "Interestingly enough, the attack was revealed to be committed by the noted terrorist, Codename E, who staged at attack on Ned with support from elements within his cabinet at last year's Nominational Ball. E is also suspected to be behind the assasination attempt on Ned four days ago. At the moment, her motive for trying to eliminate Ned and kidnap Rowan is unclear. We expect to get more information on it when Ned makes a public statement tomorrow night." Cartez: "In response to this attack and an event that we will discuss in just a moment, President Ned has declared martial law in Nedopolis and Churchill. The five thousand strong 3rd Infantry Batallion, in addition to the 29th Tank Batallion, were ordered into Nedopolis last night, with a similar deployment of the 5th Infantry and 1st Tank Batallions into Churchill. The deployments' stated purpose is to bring order to those towns by eliminating Codename E and the Nordic National Warriors (NNW) Neo-Nazi gang, which was behind a raid on the Nedopolis prison last night. A clip of soldiers riding into Nedopolis on tanks is shown. Bellamy: "The raid was conducted by a few proffesional members of the gang, including Todd Willard, the leader of the NNW. The NNW members broke into the prison by providing several distractions for the prison guards in a burning cross on the nearby Simon Bolivar hill and an attack by Todd Willard on the front gate of the prison. Several other NNW members broke into the prison by deactivating the electric power to the prison and then climbing the electric fence. The team then proceeded to ransack the prison office, kill many prison guards and Marshalls, and to release a few prisoners. One of the prisoners released is rumored to be James Marston, a former senator who was notable for having disappeared during an investigation into his alleged treasonous activities in February. A picture of the prison is shown. Cartez: "Although some NNW members were recaptured, Willard managed to escape into a helicopter gunship that arrived on the scene. As the NNW was not previously reported to be in control of helicopter gunships, an investigation has been launched to discover who owned the helicopter. As a figure captured by security photographs on the helicopter was identified as former presidential candidate, Reverend Jerry Robertson, Robertson is currently considered the top suspect by the police for helping the NNW to escape. However, Robertson had mysteriously disappeared from his manor in Churchill. More details are forthcoming on this issue. Bellamy: "Now, here's for some more positive news. Nedite troops under General Emmanueal Caracas have won a spectacular victory against Islamist militants in Tazernostan. The battle began at dawn yesterday with an Islamist ambush onto the Nedite 4th Army. After fighting throughout the day and constant bombing of the Tazernostan mountains, the Islamists are finally in full retreat. Due to this victory, it appears as though the remaining Nedite forces still in Tazernostan can finally withdraw and leave the rest of the fighting to the government." Cartez: "Well, that's all of the news we have for you today! Up next is a rerun of NBC's Chuck! Have a great day, and always remember! Nedland Prevails!" *Nedland Theme Park, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:45 PM, July 4th, 2009.* E dodged the shots and continued rushing towards the bodyguards. She jumped at one of them and knocked him to the ground, knocking him out. She then jumped back up, whipping out her sawed-off shotgun and shooting another guard while doing so. Yoneda charged forward as well and shot another guard. The terrified crowds rushed back, away from the attacks. E fired again at another guard. Yoneda followed suit. The guards rushed towards them, shooting pistols. E dodged the bullets, but Yoneda was not so quick. He was shot in the chest by a bullet from one of the guards. E immiediately shot the guard after he did so. The flash from her shot reflected onto the mirrors on the stage. She then delivered a punch to a guard on the right of the guard that she had just shot, and then kicked the third bodyguard standing nearby into the crowd. A final bodyguard rushed towards her, about to jump onto E from behind, when Yoneda reached up and shot the guard with his pistol. He then fell to the floor, dead. E stopped for a moment to look over her fallen comrade. She then looked back up at Ned and the others and gave pursuit, knocking over a few other guards on her way. Ned, Rowan, and the others with them were getting close to the theme park's parking lot. There, military vehicles were waiting to escort them safely out of the area. However, as Ned, Rowan, Chavez, Heather, Davies, Rose, and the others arrived at the entrance to the park (bodyguards in tow), E rushed forward, slinging her knives at the bodyguards. The knives took out four of the bodyguards, and E shot several more with her shotgun, dodging the bullets. She marched towards Ned, but Ned pulled his Desert Eagle out just before she could grab him. "I'll shoot," Ned said in a shaky voice. E stopped walking, but she didn't lower her shotgun. "No you won't," she said in a firm voice. Heather and the others watched on. Rowan silently wished that Illyria Lear (the Director of the Department of Culture for Nedland, suggested by some to be mildly insane) were there, considering that Illyria would have saved them all by then. Ned, acknoledging that E was right, dropped his gun. "You're right," he said, "I can't kill you." E looked back at him, and then lowered her gun. For a moment, she was considering letting him go. After all, all of the stalking was in the past. It was then that Captain Chavez lifted up his gun. "If you won't kill her, I will," Captain Chavez said, pointing the gun at E and firing. E was no longer wearing the exellent body armor that she had back at the Nominational Ball attack, so she did the next best option: throwing herself to the ground. The bullet zinged her hair and just barely missed. E then jumped up and grabbed the first person that she saw: Rowan. "If you don't let me go, then I'll kill your Vice President... or sister, whichever way you think of her (Rowan was also Ned's sister, having got the VP postion by Ned's spoils system)," E shouted. Chavez lowered his gun. E looked around for a way to escape, when she spotted her car that she had driven there. It was far from the military forces that were occupying the other end of the parking lot. E backed towards the car, with everyone watching her. Ned suddenly broke the silence. "Don't take Rowan!" he shouted, "Let her go! She's innocent! It was me who was stalking you (Ned was not aware that E already knew this)!" Everyone in the cabinet immediately gasped. E, upon being reminded of this fact, shouted back to Ned: "Go f*** yourself!" she shouted, "I'm taking Rowan with me!" And with that, E threw Rowan into the car. Chavez pulled up his gun again, trying to shoot E, despite Ned's cries for him to stop out of fear that Chavez might hit Rowan. E jumped into the car and then drove down the parking lot, with Chavez missing every shot due to the tears in his eyes. Ned also had tears in his eyes (as did everyone in the cabinet). E's car drove off the road and swerved to avoid the Humvees that were rolling down towards the parking lot. Before the cabinet and the military could react, the car had disappeared from sight. *Nedopolis Penitentary Center, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 8:00 PM, July 4th, 2009.* As the police and tanks moved towards them, the NNW members ducked behind the prison walls and buildings, opening fire on the advancing police. The NNW members had the better position now, so a large amount of the police were killed. However, the tanks continued rolling forward, lobbing tear gas. James was hiding behind a police car, firing at SWAT troopers who were nearby. Todd joined him, grunting with pain at the wound in his arm as he ran up to James. "Todd, I'm not sure if we'll be able to take out these tanks!" James said, "They're too strong." "Don't worry," Todd replied, "I was just on the phone with Robertson, and he said that he was sending in help." However, the help did not come, and the tear gas eliminated a large portion of the NNW forces. More and more police and SWAT forces arrived, and even a few National Guards. The NNW force was now well below it's original strength. Todd tried calling the group on Simon Bolivar hill, but nobody answered (the NNW group there had been defeated a while ago). "Where the f*** is Robertson!" Todd shouted. He channeled his anger shot five police officers with his shotgun. The three (another tank had arrived during the battle) SWAT tanks saw him, and rolled towards his position behind the police car with James. Hilary, seeing the movement, hurled her last grenade (which she had been saving for a moment like this) at one of the tanks. The grenade landed on the tank and badly damaged it, causing it to momentarily stop. The other two moved towards James and Todd, neutralizing three other NNW members with tear gas on the way. James fired his pistol at one of the tanks in futility, but it did not work. Seeing that trying to stop the tanks was useless, James and Todd were about to surrender, when they heard a loud chopping noise coming from the air( ). When they looked up, they saw an Apache AH-64 helicopter gunship flying towards the prison. The helicopter fired two rockets, which obliterated the two tanks near James and Todd. The copter then proceeded to land right in front of the prison doors. Standing on the helicopter was Robertson with several militants (mostly ex-Sons Of Shining Truth) who were holding M-16's. "Quick, get on board!" he shouted. As the ex-SST soldiers and some NNW members covered them, Todd, James, Hilary, and some other NNW members jumped onto the helicopter. The police forces, unsure of what to do, held their positions while calling in for more backup. Finally, all of the NNW members had gotten on board the AH-64. The helicopter then flew up into the air, with the militants on board covering it's ascent, and flew away. As it flew, James, Todd, Robertson, and Hilary stared back at the huge smoke trails coming up from the destroyed tanks...

IC: *Nedland Theme Park, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:40 PM, July 4th, 2009.* Ned, his cabinet, and his bodyguards (as well as Davies and his guards) rushed through the open path through the crowds, who were going wild. As they ran, E and Yoneda pushed through the crowd towards them, with more security guards running after E. E thought about just shooting her way through the crowd, but that would overly cruel (she was finally getting her senses back). Yoneda ran past her and pulled out a pistol. He, having no second thoughts as E did, fired at a nearby security guard. The crowds jumped back as the security guard fell to the ground. E and Yoneda pushed through. They were almost to the line of bodyguards... *Nedopolis Penitentary Center, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:45 PM, July 4th, 2009.* Hilary, James, and the NNW members jumped behind the walls of the prison, using them as cover as the SWAT team opened fire. In the background, they could hear Todd and his team fighting the SWAT team and prison guards as well. Hilary whipped out her micro-SMG and fired at the M-16 armed SWAT team. The other members followed her lead. Hilary swore, and then threw the two grenades she had been saving for a situation like this. The grenades killed a good portion of the SWAT team. As the other SWAT troopers got back to attacking, Todd was getting very angry. Considering how the guards had managed to get the electricity back on and call for backup, this mission was not going according to plan. They had to get out of there right now. It was then that the NNW had a stroke of luck. Warden Skeeter was talking on the phone and coordinating with police forces around Nedopolis, and he had learned about the attempt on Ned's life going on at the theme park. "You mean the president is under attack?!" he shouted, "This is a full scale national emergency! We need martial law, NOW!" His loud shouting about the attack on Ned distracted the SWAT team that had cornered Todd momentarily. This hesitation gave Todd the courage (and anger) to run forward with two AK-47's and shoot the SWAT members while slinging grenades into their mists. One SWAT sniper saw Todd and shot him in the arm, but he ignored the pain. Another NNW member then took out the sniper. Todd and the NNW members rushed into the SWAT and police forces' midst and just kept on firing. They rushed at the group fighting Hilary and James and attacked them from behind. With police forces in disarray, Warden Skeeter rushed back towards the prison, shooting a few NNW members with his pistol on the way. However, he ran straight in front of Hilary, who then pulled out her micro-SMG and emptied a clip into him. James then reached down and picked up Skeeter's pistol, thinking he might need it. However, the remaining police forces had regrouped, and began one final attack against the NNW teams. This time, they brought two SWAT tanks in with them...

*Nedland Theme Park, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:35 PM, July 4th, 2009.* E rushed down the stairs, knocking aside several more guards. When she got to the bottom, she punched a few stagehands aside and rushed across the stage past Katy, who was standing there in shock. E then swooped into the crowd, where she was joined by Yoneda. They rushed past the people, hiding in the crowds to avoid the guards, and headed for Ned's position. Ned turned to Davies, "General Davies, we have to get out of here! A known terrorist is on the loose!" Ned shouted. Captain Chavez motioned for them to follow him and some other bodyguards, who were pushing aside the crowds to clear a path for Ned, Davies, and the cabinet. Vice President Rowan ran ahead of Ned into the path. *Nedopolis Penitentary Center, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:40 PM, July 4th, 2009.* James and the NNW members rushed along, blasting through some more prison guards. They were heading for the front gate of the prison, where they were going to ambush the Warden and his prison guards from behind while they fought Todd's group. After a while of walking and constant fighting, they soon arrived at the front gate of the prison. However, they opened the gate to find a SWAT team pointing assualt rifles at them. Warden Skeeter, upon hearing of the NNW attack into the prison from the surviving Marshalls, had immidiately called for a SWAT team. Hilary, James, and the NNW members stopped short at seeing the guns.

President Ned of Nedland, although an atheist, has stated that the Pope is welcome to visit Nedland.

*Nedland Theme Park, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:30 PM, July 4th, 2009.* As Katy sang her next song, , E jumped at the stagehand. She punched him several times. The terrified stagehand kept backing up to try to escape, but E was too fast. Finally, the stagehand was backed up next to the railing on the edge of the path. E, still enraged, delivered one final punch, and knocked the stagehand onto the stage below in the middle of the song.... "Oh F***," E said when she saw what she had done. A huge gasp came from the crowd and Katy stopped singing immediately. E started running, but security guards were already on their way up the stairs. As they approached, E fired her shotgun into the group, and began punching her way through. Soon the guards began to flee. As they ran, E walked down the stairs and spoke to Yoneda on the walkie talkie. She told him to stay where he was. There was still a chance (although a low one) that she could reach Ned... In the meantime, Captain Chavez rushed up to Ned. "Mr. President, we have to get you out of here immediately! Codename E has returned!" he shouted. *Nedopolis Penitentary Center, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:35 PM, July 4th, 2009.* "I've found it!" Hilary shouted. Her shout momentarily distracted the Marshalls, allowing the NNW members to eliminate a few more of them. Hilary spun around and fired her Micro-SMG, while shouting for the NNW members to charge. Three of the five remaning Marshalls were killed when the six remaining NNW team members rushed out the door. The other two Marshalls decided to head back to the warden. The NNW members pushed through the prison towards cell number 2342. As they did so, they shot many prison guards who attempted to block their way, but also took a few casualties. Meanwhile, James Marston continued to wait as the gunfire got closer and closer. Finally, someone shot through the lock on his prison cell. When he opened the door, he recognized Hilary. "Hilary Burke," he said, "Is that you?" When she nodded, he grinned. "I'm finally free!" Hilary had been James' mistress after he had divorced his wife following the coup attempt at the Nominational Ball in 2008. However, he then noticed her Swastika Tattoo. "Wait," James said, "You're a Nazi?" Hilary (who had only joined the NNW recently) nodded. "Yes, I am, but I'm also your only way of getting out of here, so you'd better trust me," Hilary said. James fell silent. "Now, if our plan goes correctly," Hilary said, "then it looks like you're the next President of Nedland, or as Robertson plans to rename it, Jesusland. Robertson will of course be the, 'Spiritual Advisor' to you..." James decided to grudgingly go along with this. After all, he'd always wanted to be a President...

*Nedland Theme Park, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:25 PM, July 4th, 2009.* Katy Perry sang Ur So Gay next. As she sang, E continued fighting the stagehand. He was powerless to resist. However, as E was just about to deliver a finishing blow, the stagehand swept his leg up and kicked her back. E jumped back. As the stagehand got up, he looked at her. A look of pure anger was frozen onto her face, and she jumped at him again... *PLS Shadow's Bane, Gulf of Honduras. 7:25 PM. July 4th, 2009.* "I thought she was supposed to be a professional too," Robertson remarked, "Well anyway, that's great. Remember to get as many ships, planes, and men following you as possible. Davies isn't in Promised Land right now, so he won't be able to react quickly to stop your uprising. Therefore, the initiative is ours," Robertson paused for a minute to catch his breath, then continued, "Every rebellion began with one decisive act by one heroic individual. I'm going to let you be that individual. Anyway, even if E comes through, we've still got the initiative because she'll have eliminated Ned." *Nedopolis Penitentary Center, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:30 PM, July 4th, 2009.* As the Nedite Marshalls rushed in, they began firing at the various NNW members taking cover around the room behind the furniture in the office. Several NNW members were shot. However, the NNW members had cover and the Marshalls didn't. As several Marshalls fell dead, Hilary continued searching through the records. Every few seconds she would stop and shoot at the Marshalls, swearing as she did so. As Hilary was an expert markswoman, she hit every shot. After firing, she returned back to searching through the files... Finally, she found what she was looking for... In cell 2342, James Marston sat on the floor. As he sat, he heard the gunfire. Perhaps this was the event that Robertson had mentioned to him in a note he had slipped to Marston by bribing the guards. The event where Marston would finally get revenge on Ned...

*Nedland Theme Park, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:20 PM, July 4th, 2009.* Katy Perry's next song was .As Ned went back to listening to the music, he decided not to press the issue with Clancy any more due to the reply. Clancy was probably pretty busy... In the meantime, E punched the stagehand back. The stagehand attempted to block, but was hit again and again. E, being full of rage, was unable to control herself. *PLS Shadow's Bane, Gulf of Honduras. 7:20 PM. July 4th, 2009.* "Orlov," Robertson, who was on the other end of the phone, said quickly without a greeting, "I don't trust Emily to take out Ned. She's too enraged to be thinking straight. Can you and Strider to carry out the original plan? I can provide a plane if you need one to get back to Promised Land." *Nedopolis Penitentary Center, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:25 PM, July 4th, 2009.* Natalia, one of Hilary's team members (and a former scientist at the Ned I Labs in Churchill), was standing near the door of the Prison Office when a bullet suddenly smashed into her. As she fell to the ground, the other NNW members spun around with their guns ready. Hilary saw the Marshalls charging forward and opened fire with her Micro-SMG. After firing the blast, she turned back to the records. "Cover me!" she shouted as she searched through the records on the desks. The other NNW team members took up positions around the room as the Marshalls rushed in...

President Edward of Nedland has commented on this event: "What the heck?! The Yellow Turbans! Weren't they destroyed like, a few thousand years ago?! Wow, I guess that this shows that ideas really can get stuck in people's heads! Well, let's hope that the Lu Empire is able to deal with these rebels in the same way as the old Han Empire..." - President Edward.

President Edward of Nedland says that his administration will support the incumbent president Kerry Long in this election. However, he also commented that V of the shadow party sounds like an interesting candidate as well...

In Nedland the majority of the population is Catholic, but we also have a large atheist minority and the largest population of Voodoo followers in the world. The current president Edward "Ned the Great" Bartowski III is an atheist. Despite these statistics, Nedland has freedom of religion and seperation of church and state.

Upon hearing of this, President Ned of Nedland has commented the following: "Wow, these WLF never give up, do they?! I wish the best of luck to our friends in Curristan!" - President Ned

*Nedland Theme Park, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:10 PM, July 4th, 2009.* When Katy finished with I Kissed A Girl, she began on Waking Up In Vegas. As the song started, Ned noticed Colonel Clancy. Clancy had the same look on his face as Carter had earlier. "Pardon me," he said, "But I couldn't help but notice the look on your face. What is your name, good sir?" In the meantime, E walked along the walkway. She was searching for a good place to aim so that she could snipe Ned. However, as she walked along, she ran into a stagehand. "What are you doing up here, miss?" the stagehand asked. E, who was enraged, didn't bother to answer. She just began swinging her fists at him (fortunately the music was too loud for the audience to hear the fight). The stagehand started attempting to hit her back, but E was too strong and full of rage. *Nedopolis Penitentary Center, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:20 PM, July 4th, 2009.* Todd Willard and his men opened fire upon the next wave of guards approaching, wiping them out. Warden Skeeter, who was watching the battle from behind the fence, cursed himself for sending some of the guards to Simon Bolivar Hill... In the meantime, Hilary and her team pushed through the prison, eliminating several more guards. Soon they had arrived at the prison office. After dispatching the guards in there, they began to search through the records... In the meantime, the Nedite Marshalls (the elite prison guard unit in Nedland, similar to the US Marshalls) were moving towards the prison office, having been ordered by the Warden to guard that area... *Promised Land Destroyer, Gulf of Honduras. 7:15 PM. July 4th, 2009.* The cell phone of General Orlov started to ring...

*Nedland Theme Park, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:05 PM, July 4th, 2009.* Ned grinned and went back to listening. Soon, Hot N Cold was over, and Katy now began to sing I Kissed A Girl. Ned liked this song but not as much as he liked Hot N Cold. In the meantime, E climbed up the ladder. She found herself on a walkway above the stage. She looked out and saw the guarded area where Ned was. "Yoneda, can you see me?" she said into the walkie-talkie. "Negative," Yoneda, who was standing in the crowd and watching the security guards, replied. *Nedopolis Penitentary Center, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:15 PM, July 4th, 2009.* At the guard post in front of the entrance to the prison, a few guards sat there, playing cards. Suddenly, the door to the post was flung open. Todd Willard walked in, holding a shotgun. He fired into the chest of one of the guards, killing him. The other gaurds immediately threw up the table as a barrier, while one of them attempted to radio the prison. However, the power was down, so he was unable to contact the main prison building. However, some other guards on the prison wall heard the gunfire and rushed into Warden Skeeter's office. "It's probably the NNW and Todd Willard!" the Warden shouted. He immediately ordered some of the guards to move out to stop Todd's attack. However, he also suspected that Todd was only causing a distraction... When the power went down and Hilary heard the gunfire, she and her team immediately began climbing the deactivated electric wall of the prison. When they reached the other side of the wall, they rushed forward into the building and, after shooting a few guards with silenced pistols, started searching for the prison's office...

*Nedland Theme Park, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:00 PM, July 4th, 2009.* Ned laughed at the joke. At least there was time for humor in depressing times like these. However, Ned also noticed the strained look on Carter's face. "Carter, you look like..." Ned started, but he was silenced by Katy Perry's appearing on stage. When Katy arrived on stage, she began to sing Hot N Cold... Ned couldn't resist clapping his hands to the beat. Rowan and several other cabinet members joined him. "Wow, we really are the oddest presidential cabinet in the world..." Rowan joked. When Ned turned back to Carter, the look was still there, but Ned decided to drop it. He turned back to Davies. "Hey, what do you think of this song?" Ned asked, "I think it rocks!" In the meantime, E headed backstage. She dodged a few bodyguards and staff, and searched for a good sniping position where she could see Ned, but the audience couldn't see her. Soon, she saw a ladder... *Simon Bolivar Hill, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 7:10 PM, July 4th, 2009.* Police cruisers rushed down the street towards the hill. They were responding to distress calls from the area. Apparently the Nordic National Warriors (NNW) were at work with their hate crimes again. As the cars approached Simon Bolivar Hill, the police officers looked out of their cars at the sight in front of them. A huge white cross burned on the hill. As the cops stared at it, they suddenly came under gunfire. Several of the cops were brought down. Sergeant John Casey, the leader of the cops who were sent to investigate, immediately reached for his radio. "This is Sergeant John Casey! We are under fire and in need of immediate assistance! I repeat, in need of immediate assistance!" he shouted. The nearest Nedite police station was the Nedopolis Penitentary Center. As the Penitentary was not on high alert that night, several groups of highly trained guards were sent out to help Casey's unit... "Alright, this is Todd Willard. Let's go!" Todd said to the other NNA members planning the break-in to the prison. Todd and some of his men headed for the nearby guard post, while Hilary's group waited in front of the electric fence. At that moment, the power for the facility shut down...

*Nedland Theme Park, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 6:50 PM, July 4th, 2009.* "Ah, welcome General Davies!" Ned said when he saw Davies, "I'm glad you could make it!" He then turned to Rose, "Oh, and this must be your friend you mentioned earlier. What is your name?" When Rose told him, Ned said, "Ah, pleased to meet you Rose!" Ned then turned and noticed Major Carter (OOC: Nice cameo ), "Why hello there, Major Carter! It has been a while since we last met. How have you been all of this time?" In the meantime, on the large screen on the stage, the following played: Welcome to the 4th of July Katy Perry Concert in Nedland! This concert is to reflect how the cultures of the North American Nations and Nedland are effecting one another for the better. This is reflected in the date of the performance. It is July 4th, the day that the USA declared Independence from Great Britian. It is an influential holiday in North America. As a result, before the performance occurs, we will be playing the Star Spangled Banner and setting off fireworks. As the fireworks were going off and the was playing, a final car drove into the parking lot. "Yoneda, I'll need you to stay on the ground and watch for guards or other threats. I'm going backstage. We'll keep in touch with these walkie-talkies. Got it," E said, handing a walkie talkie . "Yep," Yoneda replied, taking the walkie-talkie, "I've got it." The two climbed out of the car and snuck towards the concert...

*President Ned's Hacienda, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 6:22 PM, July 4th, 2009.* "It starts at seven," Ned replied, "And that's perfectly fine. See you there! We'll be sitting in the specified Presidential area." After Ned hung up the phone, he and his staff members got into their limos and drove to the concert. The limos parked in the parking lot of the theme park, and Ned and his staff proceeded into the park. The main square of the Nedland Theme Park was taken up by the concert stage. There were hundreds of people from accross Nedland gathered to watch the concert. Some of them rushed forward to Ned, shouting that the President was there. Ned smiled and waved. It looked as if some people still supported him. Soon the cabinet made there way to the area of the square that had been set aside for their use. Everyone started sitting down in the chairs there. As Ned sat down in his chair, Captain Chavez and his bodyguards surrounded the area, making sure that only those with authorization could get in. The stage (an ad for Ebay was being shown when Ned and his staff first got there). Ned looked around at the crowd. "Wow, we've got a lot of folks here, haven't we," he said, "Now I wonder where Carter is... Oh, there!" Ned and his staff waved for Carter to come over to them.

*President Ned's Hacienda, Suburbs of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 8:30 PM, July 2nd, 2009.* It had been a day since the assassination attempt by E. Ned now sat in his office, thinking again. Heather was apparently not whom she had appeared to be. When Ned had first met her, she had claimed to be an intellectual like him with several degrees. However, Ned had run a background search on her earlier today, and he had discovered that she had dropped out of college and had only become the president of the lobbyist group that had inspired Rowan to appoint her secretary by a slim margin that probably resulted from the scanty outfit she had worn on the voting day. As Ned was thinking about this, Heather walked into the room. Ned looked up at her. "Heather, why?" Ned asked, "Why did you lie to me?" "I knew that you wouldn't, well, return my affections if I told the truth," Heather said. Ned realized that she was right. "Well," he said, "Why did you even have to betray Emily in the first place?" "Well, my friends hated her. She always acted like a know-it-all, and it was annoying me as well as my friends. They didn't like how she wasn't into models or singers and how she didn't wear fasionable clothing. I just wanted to go with the flow. Although I felt guilty later, it would have been much worse if I hadn't dumped Emily," Heather replied. Ned shook his head. "Discrimination against anyone is wrong," Ned said, "even if they are a 'know-it-all.' It is especially wrong when the majority throws out the minority's rights, like you did to Emily. The minority is often not able to fight back. That's why the majority must not have complete power." "You say this, yet you live in a democracy and claim to represent the will of the people!" Heather shouted, "You can either be for the rights of the majority, or for the rights of the few. There's no exceptions!" She paused for a moment to catch her breath, "Choose which side you're on, already! In the words of that Katy Perry woman you admire so much, 'You change your mind like a girl changes clothes!'" Ned put his head down, saddened. Heather walked out of the room. A few minutes later, Rowan came in. "Wow, Heather seems pretty sad today," she said, "She was crying as I passed her in the hall." Rowan saw Ned's face, "Oh, great. Don't tell me you two broke up!" Ned didn't look at her. "W-well, I'm sorry Ned!" A sad look appeared on Rowan's face, "Why are you breaking up?" Then, she seemed to realize something. "Wait, it was Emily Buchala who attacked you, wasn't it! Or maybe, it was Heather who attacked Emily! Yes, Emily has finally returned for you, but Heather attacked her out of jealousy and now you two are breaking up! Is that right?" Rowan said. "Errr, no Rowan," Ned replied, "I don't know where you came up with that guess, but that's not what happened. However, you did get one thing right: Emily has returned. She was the one who attacked me." "What! Rowan shouted, "Why is she attacking you?! I thought that it was Tiara who was stalking her just to get Emily on her side." "Apparently she's a mercenary now, and she was hired to kill me. Plus, she's got a grudge against Heather for dumping her in college," Ned said. "Ahh, so that's what..." Rowan started, "Wow, that's terrible! Ned, I'm so sorry! Is there anything I could do?" "Well, a hug would help..." Ned and Rowan hugged. "Well Ned, I've got to get back to work," Rowan said, "I'm really sorry that all of this is happening." "Thanks, Rowan. You're a good Vice President and sister," Tears were in Ned's eyes. There was something he had to tell Rowan. As Rowan walked out of the office, Ned suddenly said, "Rowan, would you still be so kind to me if, say, I really was stalking Emily?" *1st Baptist Church of Nedopolis, Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 8:30 PM, July 3rd, 2009.* The woman known as Emily Buchala stood in front of the Reverent Jerry Robertson's desk. Emily (also known as E) had a sad look upon her face. "E, you've failed in your mission. I'm not sure if I should give you another chance," Robertson said. "It was part of our original deal!" E suddenly shouted, "You said that I should have two chances to take out Ned and Heather!" Robertson nodded when he remembered. "I see," he said, "But I have to be sure that this time you'll succeed. Now, using the bug that Yoneda planted in Ned's office, you've probably heard about how he's going to the Katy Perry concert tomorrow, correct?" E nodded. Robertson continued, "Well, you should try to eliminate Ned there. A sniper attack might be a good idea." E nodded again. "But, to make sure that you eliminate Ned..." Robertson paused for a minute, "Maybe I shouldn't... It's too cruel..." he muttered to himself. Then he shook his head, "Ned deserves it." He pulled a tape recorder out from under the table. "Now, E I am going to play to you an audio clip we got of Ned and Rowan in Ned's hacienda office. This clip may distress you, but I trust that it will motivate you to proceed with the plan. Now, just before you listen, I want to tell you that I didn't want to to this. If I were Ned and I knew that you knew what I said in this audio, I'd go in front of a firing squad. I'm playing this because it needs to be done. Ned needs to be stopped." Robertson that pressed a button on the tape recorder and it played Ned's conversation with Rowan on July 2nd... E's scream after hearing Ned's admission and Rowan's following consoling could be heard throught the building... *President Ned's Hacienda, Outskirts of Nedopolis, Republic of Nedland. 6:20 PM, July 4th, 2009.* Ned and all of his staff were getting ready to go to the concert. As Ned put on his nicest suit, he thought about the events of the past two days. He wasn't on speaking terms with Heather anymore, Rowan had a constant look of sadness in her eyes, and there was a generally dreary attitude over the place. More news came from Afghanistan, with yet more Nedite soldiers dieing despite the fact that the withdrawal was almost complete. The protests against the war continued in the streets, and the constant criticism of Ned continued. At least Ned might finally be able to get some peace at the concert. Ned decided to call up General Davies and see if he was ready yet: "Hello, General Davies. This is President Ned of Nedland, and I'm calling to ask you if you're ready to go to the concert. We're going to meet you there, right?" OOC: Obviously, you can post IC again now .
