We had been in close contact with them a little while ago, but for one reason or another, communication with them has ceased completely. As such, we have assumed the worst, and that the family is missing or dead. In order to prevent chaos from engulfing our old ally, we are declaring Gebiv a protectorate and offering full statehood to any part of it that wishes to join Rebel Army. 3 CVBGs along with some 200 000 troops are en route to Gebiv as we speak.
