1. I was referring to your statement that I quoted nothing else. What you did for most of your time in IRON was awesome and earned my respect. Your accomplishments, along with the rest of IRON council were many. I disagree with some of your actions lately but that does not lessen your earlier accomplishments. I have my opinion, You have yours. I find it strange that you didn't feel that way the numerous times, when you were on IRON council and IRON's president, that you failed to honor the IRON - R&R MDP. That treaty did not have a non-chaining clause at all. According to your quote above you feel IRON should have. So you and IRON council were in breach of the IRON charter, in your opinion, how many times? I lost track but quite a few. There was always some discussion in IRON whenever IRON and R&R ended up on opposite sides of a war. Which was every war.
 2. You had that opportunity. You chose to not take it. Backseat driving IRON or in this case trying to drive IRON from a car on the other side of the road going the other way is not the way to go. You were the IRON president that all but disappeared during the EQ war, when IRON was on the other side from TOP and then left IRON right after peace was declared. A peace, I might add, that was a surprise to the IRON membership. You had your chance to lead IRON against TOP and company and blew it. I am not a member of IRON gov. Just a long term member and this the way I view your comments.
 3. Good luck to GK during his retirement. Congratulations to Mia and TOOL.
 4.
Gramlins lack the strength to force IRON and DAWN to surrender unconditionally but to be honest, IRON/DAWN are not presently in a position to "take away their firepower" either. Personally, I am wearing the IRON AA solely for the reason of helping IRON/DAWN get peace. I saw two alliances that desired peace but they were being denied until they agreed to surrender unconditionally. I see this as wrong so I decided I was willing to stand with IRON against Gramlin attacks so that they could pursue peace. I would never surrender unconditionally and I don't think anyone should be required to do so as a prerequisite to peace. The moment that the war dynamic changes so that IRON/DAWN takes white peace off the table or no longer desires peace from Gramlins I must say respectfully that my work here is done and I wish you guys the best of luck. I have no grudge against Gramlins outside of their demand for unconditional surrender. If they choose to enforce that demand through attacks on IRON I will defend now and in the future. Simply put, it is my belief that if you truly want peace all you have to do is walk away and you will have it, regardless of whatever Gramlins says publicly. Gramlin's aren't really DoWing on you guys in non defensive wars it seems. If you decide you want to continue the war then I wish you luck. I think my post above addresses my thoughts on this but I will add that I think a lot more damage is being done to IRON by having their top tier in peace mode than the lower nations are receiving in tech/land. IRON would grow a lot faster if they dropped the bulk of their military, starting boosting their lower ranks and sold mass amounts of tech to their high NS nations.
The following is my opinion as just a member in IRON and is not meant to state any stance of the IRON council. I believe IRON and DAWN have little choice in the matter. Grämlins declared war on IRON. Grämlins has stated it's terms to end the war (what ever definition you choose to use). IRON and DAWN find those terms unacceptable (whatever definition you choose to use). IRON and DAWN, even though we seem to be winning the war , have had a true white peace on the table for quite some time. Grämlins can accept it if they so choose. At present Grämlins finds white peace unacceptable. If Grämlins does not agree to white peace then I believe IRON and DAWN must continue to fight each and every Grämlins nation till they either do accept our offer, leave Grämlins or perish. Grämlins may be few in number but they are still formidable in strength and that strength deserves respect. I believe that no alliance can afford to leave an unresolved war hanging in limbo. The chance for it to come back to haunt them is just too great for any government with it's members best interests in mind to take the risk. I may be paranoid but I see several ways in which it could create great problems in the future. Grämlins could get it's act back together and grow back into a power that has an unresolved war with IRON and DAWN. Some power that wanted to attack IRON and DAWN for any reason could make treaties with Grämlins and suddenly find "Oh Grämlins is at war with IRON and we must honor our treaty with them.” With Grämlin's paperless policy they would not even have to have a treaty with them, they only need to be "friends". There are most likely many other ways I haven't even thought of that an unresolved war could create huge future problems. These scenarios may seem far fetched but some very strange and far fetched things happen in this world. Would the opinion of the majority of the citizens of this planet prevent something like that from happening? I would like to think so but I personally would not take that chance when my alliance’s well being was at stake. Wars need to be brought to a complete resolution IMO. You can’t just walk away because the side that is losing refuses to negotiate. I do not want to see Grämlins destroyed. The, to me, senseless destruction of a once great alliance is just terrible. I hate to see my alliance playing a part in it but I see no choice. Any requirement called "unconditional surrender" and/or disarmament before terms are given are just plain wrong to me and worse than the alternative of having to destroy a once great alliance because of their own inability to see beyond what they want.
 5.
Matthew PK, I have a question that I don’t think has been asked before. Since you seem to want to avoid answering my other question perhaps you would be so kind as to answer this one. I would like to know if the Gramlins have voted on what ever it is that The Gramlins are asking IRON and DAWN to do to start the process you say is required to end the war. After all nothing is official till voted on by your entire alliance. If this has been voted on by the entire Gramlin alliance and accepted perhaps you could post the exact wording of what was voted on here in this thread so we could all see what Gramlins want. We know that nothing you, Ramirus Maximus or any other Gramlin says is official and is subject to change till it is voted on by all Gramlins. If this has not been voted on then what is to prevent Gramlins from just withdrawing it if IRON and DAWN actually complied? Ater all Gramlins did this with your earlier peace terms that your government’s representative gave and then withdrew then gave again and withdrew again after they had been accepted.

not everyone in the entire alliance votes on terms just the conclave
Then perhaps you could answer the question I asked and substitute "conclave" for "entire alliance."

 7.
This war is about the unwarranted attack on MK; IRON's pre-karma actions are irrelevant and forgiven. They have already paid all restitution for that action. That is how restitution works: afterwords the slate is clean. Also, do you remember all the posts saying that "The New Gremlins" were soiling the name of "The Old Gremlins" ? Do you think people will drop that one now that they'd decided to try and use the exact opposite against me?
Still claiming the right to state opinions as fact here on Planet Bob are you Matthew PK? It is your opinion that the preemtive strike on CnG was unwarranted. It is your opinion that that was a crimial action. Till you supply that link I asked you for that the Great Admin died and named you his successor I will disaggree with you on this point. In my opinion your asking for unconditional surrender is immoral and criminal. But I don't claim that it is a fact. Just my opinion. Edit: removed the word "You" that was accedentally left.
 8. Damn IRON you got me good and I am a member of IRON. I read the title and was about to go ballistic on some council members. Thanks for the laughs No thanks for scaring the crap out of me.
 9.
Having SOME nations at Peace Mode while OTHERS fight is indeed an strategy everyone uses. But, note the SOME nations. If you are putting ALL your nations in Peace Mode, then it's no longer strategy and just dodging the fight. As I had wrote, putting a Reserve in Dove is an strategy. Putting EVERYONE has another name. I hope you comply with your statements.
Do you use your own dictionary like MPK does? Last time I checked the words "ALL" and "EVERYONE" did not mean 11.51515% which is the percent of IRON nations in peace mode atm.
 10.
I'm not assuming anything about myself. I'm giving my opinion. If you don't like it, tough. Anyway, I feel a bit disoriented. I wrote in this thread because someone suggested IRON was going to use a "hero nation" strategy to bring down Grämlins. I said won't happen, and now you all are telling me that doing such thing would be insane for IRON. So, you are really proving my point that there will be no "hero nation" strategy.
If you reread the posts on the so called "hero nation" strategy and then check the war screens between IRON/DAWN and Gramlins you will discover that we are doing exactly that. Having one nation (the hero) go up and attack the lowest unengaged Gramilin nation and pull him down for the rest to attack.
 11. Matthew PK. You contend that doing a pre-emptive strike is a "absolute" morale wrong. I and much of Planet Bob by the posts here, contend that you have no such authority and the only one with such authority is the Great "ADMIN" that created this universe. I have not seen where he died and named you or anyone in Gramlins his successor. Did I miss the memo? Perhaps since you seem to think he has you should post a link to your authority in this matter. Until you do I will just have to disagree with you on this matter as I believe my morals are as good and as valid as yours or anyone in Gramlins. In fact I believe mine are better. However unlike you, I don't contend that they are absolute. I contend that they are mine. Your opinion seems to be that a pre-emptive strike is morally wrong. Your entire position that the attack on CnG had no valid reason and was unwarranted is based on your opinion not any absolute moral law handed down by the great “ADMIN“. You are entitled to your opinion. However you should not keep stating it as a fact. It is not. It an opinion and only an opinion. You are not entitled to force your opinion on me though you can and are trying to use force to do so. I believe that it is morally wrong to give one's word, such as accepting a unconditional surrender, and then go back on ones word. You, from your posts, feel it is quite morally correct to do so. I disagree with you and feel that one’s word is the only thing of value one can really have in this universe. However unlike you I am not trying to claim my version of morality is absolute or to force my version of morality on you. In the end Planet Bob will decide for it's self what is moral and what is not moral at this time.
 12. I recently started playing CN. I travel alot and am sometimes away from home for more than 20 days at a time. I don't really have anyone to nation sit for me and am worried about getting deleted for multi nation cause I use my laptop and log in to play at motels, libraries and internet cafe type hotspots. Is there anything I can do to make sure I don't get deleted just cause someone else EVER happened to play CN and just happens to use the same hotspot some time. With the increase in wireless networking I can see this happening in the furture.
